proCONTROL is an online software solution for statistical process control and ongoing process monitoring, developed in accordance with the guidelines of the automotive industry - specifically those of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) and the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA). Program functionalities: • real-time process monitoring using variable charts XR, XS, I-MR and attributive charts • automatic calculation of process capability (Cp/Cpk and Pp/Ppk) • processing and analysing data from automatic measurement systems • automatic detection of stability loss (trends, sequences, violations of control limits, etc.) • automatic notification of users and process owners regarding statistical signals • customized measurement forms, designed to facilitate data entry • dashboards for layered presentation of results in different areas • reporting functions, including the generation of print-ready documents
