What do you like best?

Way of writing code in line is helpful to understand the code .

It has so many built in activities.

Anybody can use this tool to develop Bots as it is simple as AA.

We can write our own code in Process Robot.

It is possible us to integrate with other system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

it does not have RE framework structure to process transaction one by one.

build more in-built activity related to excel.

What do you like best?

Process bot is well defined, straight forward, user friendly tool. All the activities are very simple with most of the activities contains exception handling option which is very useful for development. It provides 4-tier exception handling. There is dashboard designer as well dashboard viewer. We can easily deploy the process with process bot. We can commit within the process bot which is again a good feature. What do you dislike?

I feel deployment of process us bit complicated in process bot than other tools. Other things are straight forward. Dashboard designer and viewer is good in process bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each command has error handling feature.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

The product is great ,Reliable and easy to use compared to other products in the market.

They provide great support and the product has all the features and everything is documented well.

It is Secure-Since it has a "Credential Manager" for storing passwords or any credential which is encrypted.

The concept of Sidebot and Solobot is also quite helpful and useful.

Trial version for 30days is also available by which any new user can learn it and explore its features.

Product cost is quite low as compared to other products.

Process can be assigned to the bot very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not a huge community like UiPath or any other tool. So if any issues, only the support people can help.

Also the OCR is a bit slow in reading data from PDF and other data sources, need to change the multiplier in order to gain the accuracy.

Some elements are still in the development phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great tool for very less price.

Tool is very easy to use.

Secure to save your credentials in an encrypted form using Credential manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many use cases for which I am using this:

1-)Downloading files from airlines websites: Bot logins to the airlines websites and downloads file from their websites on daily basis.

2-)Preparing Logistics for financial services

3-)Updating the Active Directory with employees details.

The interface and components are very easy to use. Both Remote desktop automation and Robotic Process automation can be achieved with this tool. Database interaction and creating customized forms are very easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

License cost for this tool is quite expensive compared to other RPA tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
