The one thing I do not like about Process Street is when a change is made to workflow, especially if something new is added, updating all existing workflows can result in prior assignments that shouldn't apply to hit our employees Inbox. Process St keeps track of tasks for me so I don't have to - I love that I can schedule all my regular tasks whether they're daily, weekly or annual.
