## About Process Street
Process Street is a Compliance Operations Platform that helps teams run their most critical processes the right way, every time. Powered by AI agents, it ensures that policies are enforced, tasks are completed in the correct order, and everything is fully documented for audit readiness. Process Street is built for operational and compliance teams who need more control than task management tools offer, but without the complexity of legacy BPM or GRC systems. It enables anyone on the team to create, update, and run structured workflows without writing code. Instead of just documenting procedures, Process Street turns them into live, trackable processes that drive real execution. At the center of Process Street is Cora, an embedded AI compliance agent that monitors workflows in real time. Cora identifies skipped steps, flags potential risks, and ensures that each process stays aligned with internal policies and external regulations. Organizations use Cora to maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO 9001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and others, without relying on manual oversight or last-minute audit preparation. The platform consists of three tightly integrated layers. First, document management allows teams to centralize policies, SOPs, and handbooks with full version control, approval workflows, and role-based permissions. Second, the process management engine turns those documents into workflows that assign tasks, route approvals, and collect data. Finally, Cora works across both layers to monitor execution, detect non-compliance, and generate audit-ready records in real time. Key capabilities include: • AI-powered compliance monitoring to enforce standards and surface process risks • No code workflow automation with tasks, forms, logic rules, and approvals • Controlled document management with audit trails, permissions, and version history • Automatic audit readiness with complete tracking of task activity and execution history • Integration with over 8000 tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Workday, and Google Workspace Process Street is used across industries like healthcare, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing. It is especially valuable to teams in operations, compliance, quality, and HR who need to ensure consistency, reduce risk, and prove that every step was followed. By combining structure, automation, and intelligence, Process Street helps teams replace manual processes with scalable systems that deliver control, visibility, and confidence across the business.

Easy to work through complex procedures, with many steps.

  ### 4. Great tool that helps you not miss anything

  ### 5. Process Street is game-changing for workflow. We couldn't live without it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake O. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The best thing about Process Street is that we can create detailed checklists with documentation and then combine human tasks with automated tasks via the Zapier integration. It's the perfect blend of human and automation.

We've built our entire podcast and media production business around using Process Street to standardize our processes. It allows me to run a remote company and know that the work is getting done without looking over everyone's shoulder all the time. We use it every day all day long.

Also, the customer support is responsive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The Data Set feature is new and needs some work on the user interface. It's not easy to navigate the tables compared to a solution like Airtable.

I'd also like to see better guest management. We add a lot of guests, and we have many people in dropdown fields that I would love to be able to hide so we don't accidentally assign tasks to a guest rather than an internal team member.

But these are minor complaints.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street solves both project management and our documentation of standard operating procedures. Finding these two solutions in one application is huge for our business.

It allows me to document a process once and know that the team will follow it in a systematic way. This is critical for a remote company where it's not as easy to walk over to somebody's desk and ask a question.

I also love how Process Street lets you cascade changes to workflow templates to the existing workflow runs. This means that our processes stay standardized across multiple projects and clients.

  ### 6. A good way to house all of your SOP's in one location, but doesn't have the best visual interface.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The visuals of the user interface is pretty poor and makes using process street harder.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I've been using precess.st for many years, and it has consistently proven to be an outstanding tool. The ease of use is impressive, making it simple to navigate and utilize its wide range of features. Implementation was straightforward, and the application integrates seamlessly with other tools I use. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. The developers continuously improve the platform, adding new functionality that enhances the user experience. I highly recommend precess.st to anyone looking for a reliable and innovative solution.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

My only minor gripe is that the interface could be a bit more modern, but it's a small issue compared to the overall performance.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Precess.st has streamlined our client onboarding and project workflow processes. The intuitive interface and robust features allow us to create detailed checklists and automate repetitive tasks, ensuring that no step is overlooked. ### 21. Good for small processes, terrible for long ones

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It provides several features that allow you to create and manage processes, so you can keep a big library of processes well organized.

Support has always been quick, even though responses are not always great.

Configuring the processes is not as easy, but not that hard as well, they have good documentation for most things.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

There are weird bugs, that happen more often than not, like processes that are marked as completed not getting removed from the task list, creating quite a bit of confusion.

The tool itself is quite heavy, if you are using it on a Mac with 8GB of memory, be prepared to face some heavy slowdowns that make it impossible for you to work on long processes.

Long processes with logic are hard to maintain and sometimes even execute, due to small bugs and poorly designed interfaces for managing the logic.

Integrations with other tools are too limited, some are best done through Zapier (which is quite expensive), than through Process Street directly.

For the price that you pay, my expectation was way higher.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with making sure our team follows the process, avoiding situations where things are forgotten or not done at all.

  ### 22. More than a workflow software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina R. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I started using this software after trying out many project management/workflow products. This product had the ability for recurring projects, which was the main need. In addition, we have been able to use this for information pages for employees, and the addition of tasks makes it a complete project. They are constantly adding new features and their customer service is wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It can be a little daunting when you get started, but look at the support pages and it will be easy to understand and implement.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recurring projects, employee information and processes, tracking my tasks.

  ### 23. Perfect workflow management solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnold B. | Asset Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The features that already exist have quickly become essential tools to our team, and there are consistently new features coming out. The team is incredibly helpful and responsive when I have a support request or feature suggestion, and they even meet with me once a year to ensure that I am aware of and taking full advantage of the features available.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It is still somewhat in development. This also though, is a huge plus, because there are consistently new features being added. I have only ever encountered one bug, and it was fixed by the end of the day.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a solid platform through which we can standardize processes that require frequent and precise repetition.

Helps me to store and find previous information
Allows me to expand and edit processes as needed

  ### 28. Has Helped Our Startup Immensely with Processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The ability to let non-users access processes has been very helpful. We have used Process Street to create a Finance Resources page for all other employees to submit documents and lookup information themselves. Also, they are constantly providing improvements and new features. We use the product every day. Customer support is always very helpful and follows up as needed.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The cost is prohibitive for adding users. It would be nice if there were tiers for different levels of usage.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has provided a way to deliver information to employees via a self-service page. Moving processes to the software helps to ensure steps aren't forgotten.

And the support is really great.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing - the tool is just running fine and the support is great.

The tool has a very straight forward approach to implement digital checklists.
The time it takes to implement a process is very short.
It helps to standardize the daily work and to increase the quality drastically.

  ### 31. The best checklist solution we have ever seen by far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malcolm E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The developers of Process Street clearly understand the needs of organizations seeking to standardize procedures with easy to use and build checklists. But that is only the starting point, because they have added so many useful features like conditional steps, automated email notifications, scheduled processes and much more. Our team uses Process Street every single day, and it saves us so much time and effort. We looked at a lot of solutions, but nothing came close to this one.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I can't think of any downsides to using Process Street.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Word documents with tables to construct complex checklists, but managing custom steps that were only applicable under certain circumstances or for certain clients was clunky and made our checklists very large and inefficient. Process Street allows us to prompt the user with a few simple questions near the beginning of the workflow to create a custom checklist with only the steps needed for the given circumstances. This is a huge time saver.

  ### 32. Best Project/Process Management software for individuals or teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The best part of process street is that it is a completely customizable platform that allows individuals and teams to create a dynamic project/process list that let's people know who is reponsible and when it is due. The logic that allows certain steps to be part of the process or removed from the process helps to avoid clutter. It also removes endless emails of "where can I find this" or "is this done yet". This allows me as a manager for everyone to know what is supposed to be done and when.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I have yet to encounter something I don't like about process street.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many time people weren't sure where we were at in the process. This allows one place to know how all of our projects are doing across multiple iniatiatives. I tell people to make sure they don't leave for the day until they have checked off all that days tasks.

  ### 34. A must have for businesses, especially for those with offshore teams however missing 1 key feature.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

This product stands out as one of the finest we have ever utilized, and considering the wide range of products I regularly employ, that is no small feat. Having experimented with numerous alternatives, I can confidently assert that this particular product is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially for those seeking a solution that enables meticulous step-by-step procedures. However, I must point out one significant flaw: it may pose a challenge if you heavily rely on reusable "sub-processes."

The merits of Process Street are too numerous to enumerate comprehensively. In addition to the outstanding product itself, the team behind it deserves special mention. They consistently exhibit excellence and receptiveness (with the exception of one minor item, which I find rather amusing). Their responsiveness and helpfulness are beyond compare. Having explored various alternatives such as Tallyfy, Monday, and countless others, I can confidently state that Process Street is truly awe-inspiring.

The recent introduction of conditional logic, allowing the creation of if/then flows within the process, is a remarkable addition. However, I would greatly appreciate the ability to "link" processes together to form intricate logic flow trees, as opposed to merely launching another feed with a run link. If such a feature were implemented, it would significantly enhance the overall functionality. By enabling the sharing of variables between feeds, it would eliminate the need for a convoluted quest replete with dozens of variables.

Furthermore, I must commend the ability to make real-time updates to processes, which automatically propagates the changes to all active processes. This feature is truly invaluable for making on-the-fly adjustments and maintaining the utmost efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The primary concern revolves around the absence of a reusable "process library" for sub-processes that are required in multiple processes. Let's consider a scenario where there are three products, each necessitating the same credit card process. However, the remaining steps differ. Ideally, a process library would house a standardized "Bill Customer Credit Card" process, allowing any new process to link to this sub-process whenever necessary. This approach would eliminate the need to individually edit over a hundred processes whenever a change is made to the sub-process. Given the multitude of similar processes we encounter, this limitation becomes a substantial hindrance. While there is a temporary solution known as a "Run Link," where one process triggers another, the lack of association between these processes prevents the creation of a coherent timeline. Consequently, an intricate web of interconnected subprocesses ensues, making effective management an arduous task. Despite repeatedly raising this concern, the proposed resolution merely suggests utilizing the run link, resulting in cluttered PS dashboards strewn with dozens of interwoven processes. Frankly, this situation is far from ideal.

Nevertheless, it is important to emphasize that despite this drawback, the product boasts an abundance of extraordinary features. Even though this one issue may create some complications for me, I cannot overstate the indispensability of this product for running my business. It is truly remarkable. In particular, its ability to provide comprehensive step-by-step guidance is unrivaled, particularly for outsourced individuals. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that, like any tool, its effectiveness relies heavily on the author's ability to craft clear and concise processes. Failure to do so can easily result in the creation of convoluted and bewildering procedures.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything with our business, it does it all!

If there was a chatGPT model that could be trained against our process, so then the staff could ask it what process to run based on the tasks they are trying to complete, or it would appear right within zendesk... MG, that would be absolutely amazing! Just imagine finding the perfect process with ease. Though, with all the subprocesses involved, I'd be a bit wary of it trying to launch a subprocess on its own. Nonetheless, we use this incredible tool for everything!

Picture every single aspect of your business seamlessly flowing through this fantastic solution. Customer sign-ups, onboarding, employee onboarding, support tasks, even complex endeavors that require meticulous step-by-step guides. It's like having a Q/A and cross-checking powerhouse at our fingertips. We've gone above and beyond by building custom interfaces to their API and directly integrating it into our zendesk system. As zendesk is used, it automatically launches Process Street, passing along custom variables such as contact names and ticket numbers. This way, all the essential data is readily available when the processes kick off. It's truly impressive to witness how much effort has been poured into this product.

While there haven't been any recent improvements that directly benefit us, out of the box, it has everything you need, except for the lack of subprocesses and process linking. So, I'm marking it as "I don't know" if it's heading in the right direction because I don't want to say "no." I'm genuinely content with the product, but I am disappointed that they haven't recognized the importance of a subprocess library. Truth be told, it's probably not essential unless you dive deep and consolidate all your processes into one. However, once you reach that point, you'll become so hooked and dependent that canceling won't even be an option because our entire company relies on it. Perhaps they know this and that's why they haven't addressed my requests for a subprocess library.

The question of "price" is a tad confusing. Are you inquiring if it's priced high or low? Instead, I would suggest rephrasing it to something like, "On a scale of 1 to 7, with 1 being overpriced and 7 being perfectly priced, how do you rate the current pricing?" Personally, I find the current price to be quite expensive. However, I feel immensely blessed and grateful that, because we supported them from the very beginning, they have honored the processes we signed up for. It brings me great joy to say that Process Street is one of those rare companies that truly value their customers who have been there from the start. Thank you for that! Nevertheless, my suggestion would be to introduce a more comprehensive pricing plan to showcase the awesomeness of this tool. If the cost exceeded $415 a month, I might hesitate as it pushes the limit for me. Any SaaS product that exceeds $300 a month for a small team of fewer than 10 people is a significant ask. Once you cross the $499 mark, things get a bit crazy, and the value needs to be truly outstanding. Considering that it took nearly 12 months for one dedicated employee to create all our processes, paying that amount on top of their salary would be quite the commitment. Personally, I would propose the following pricing structure:

FREE - Builder Plan: This new plan allows you to build everything but not run it, giving you the chance to explore and set everything up. Once you're ready to use it, you can start paying.

$100 - Start-up

$299 - Pro

$499 - Enterprise

In conclusion, Process Street is an exceptional tool that brings immense value to our business. Its comprehensive functionalities and continuous support for early adopters like us make it a standout solution. With some minor improvements, a subprocess library, and a revamped pricing plan, I have no doubt that Process Street will continue to

  ### 35. Process Street Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lily W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street keeps your processes well-organized and easily accessible to other employees and team members who might want to leverage your process. It's also very easy to create your own workflows and share them. The UI of navigating through the workflows and checking off tasks is also very simple and easy to follow. Additionally, I think it's great how your process can dynamically change depending on certain questions you ask in the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The organization of Process Street isn't the greatest and could be improved. For example, having Workflow Runs under Reports and having inbox is a bit confusing. There isn't a super clear place to go to see all of your outstanding tasks.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of tasks for a specific project and scaling processes. This benefits me because once I create a process, it can be easily scaled and shared. I can also easily view other people's processes.

  ### 36. Good software, but not trustworthy company

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

very scalerable
many features
great support

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

not intuitive
very complex
not trustworthy company

We are a small business operating in the field of sustainable consultancy.

We started using Process Street in 2018.
On the one hand the software is very powerful, on the other hand it is highly complex and very difficult to get used to it and to unlock all it's potential.

While working with it, we became more comfortable and integrated it more in more in our companies processes, and even in the processes with clients.

But this was a big fault.

Firstly it is very difficult to remember all the many options of how it works if you do not work with it at least on a weekly basis.
So if you are a small or mid size company like us that can not assign an employee specifically for this software - hands off from process street.

But the main reason why we decided to walk away from it, or better walk away from the company Process Street, was their product policy or better said customer exploitation policy thats work as follows:

1. Start as a small company and refine your product from the feedback of your customers / beta testers.
2. Grow, launch more services and make your customers become dependent on your software
3. Once your customer base is big enough and your revenues fly, rise the prices abruptly and exorbitantly.

And that's how Process Street executed that strategy:

1. They deleted the free plan that gives you the option to pause the service.
2. And they rose the pro plan from 30 USD per month and member to 415 USD (+1200 %) incl. more members.
3. They forbid companies like hours who paused not to get back to their old plan (with one member) and so forced us to join the new plan.

Though they offered us to stay in the old plan when we don not pause we decided to cancel.
This was a hard decision because we invested hundreds of hours in developing our processes with that software

But THE basic prerequisite of all business relations is trust.
And Process Street prefers the short term maximisation of gains to reliability and partnership.

Though it is a great software, we recommend don't trust them and stay away.

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

one place for everyone to move repeatable processes forward, reference where we are with all of our business & the conditional logic is a game changer for processes with if/then scenarios. We've gone so far as to show/explain it to our Corporate office & they're looking at getting it in place for the entire nation.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

it's just another "stand alone" / un-integrated platform we need to go to/learn/teach in order to run our firm, there's no easily viewable report which includes the most recent comments in the dashboard view, so we have to go into a workflow to see details

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

many moving parts & numerous people can work on one project, with one goal, knowing next steps, what's been done & where to find the tools/links/docs we nee

I significantly like Process St because it has reusable templates to share with teammates.
Do you want to make a process for onboarding new teammates to your team? Build a template for that!

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I wouldn't say I like the features included in the free tier. I think Process St could bring more executions in the free tier.
I would like it if there were more roles in the organizations' settings.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved some integration issues with different kinds of services.
Process St. Helped me to have a more reliable data workflow.
I used Process St. to get data from our employees and clients (like forms) and then being able to trigger some automation to perform calculations and then retrieve business outcomes.

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The ability to build steps, checklists, forms to collect info. Love the recurring checklist feature where you can have a checklist scheduled to be emailed to you on a certain recurring date basis. It connects with Zapier & other apps.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

You can only trigger most automation actions based on the completion of an entire tab of the workflow, it would be nice if you could trigger them based on one click or field within a tab.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding our customers, bringing consistency, standardization, & fidelity to implementation of our key operational practices. It is helping direct all the steps for complex software configurations that need to be done.

There are times that it is not working and having some technical issues, but what's good about it is it would also notifies you that someone is taking care of it

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes sure that the workflow for a specific task is completed. It's like a checklist guide leading you to do the right thing. This helps us user to to make sure we are on the right track

  ### 45. Process St Power in Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I'm a huge fan of Process Street. It has transformed how we manage our workflow for a particular portion of our business.

The interface is super clean and intuitive, and the features are organized in a logical way that just makes sense.

But what is super cool is... If there's a change in a process or a new task needs to be added, updating it is a total breeze. That means workflows stay relevant and efficient, and can update one or all of the workflows.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use, effective workflow management tool, this is for you. Whether you're trying to streamline your processes or increase efficiency, Process Street is the way to go!

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I don't have anything to suggest at this time. So far so good.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due-Diligence checklist items for properties. Save lots of back and forth on getting updates with agents in the field.

  ### 46. it serves as a guide in your work, it's like an SOP

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

depending on how a user set it up- the steps of the process, it truly helps to guide where you are in the process.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

it's an additional step or work that need to be done.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

since it serves as a guide, it reminds you what's still lacking or missing in the process before completion.

  ### 47. Process St. was a great way to track progress and know what I needed to complete.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quynn A. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It was simple, quick to find content, and easy to use. I really enjoyed the structure of process st as it was always easy to identify what I needed to do for next tasks.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The only thing I wish could be added was somewhere to search for documents, content, and additional tasks. I think it would be great to have like an upload center for all the documents that will be needed, aside from having to look in the calendar link.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The training process was quick and easy. We used it for onboarding and for next step tasks we needed to complete as new hires. It was also used to score our assessments.

  ### 48. A seamless experience, Process Street is the place to go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose P. | Content specialist and educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It is easy to use and has great functionalities. I work both as an educator and freelancer. I not only need a checklist of tasks but a way to save the stuff that I need for each of those tasks. ProcessStreet creates a seamless workflow that is highly beneficial in that it runs from one step to the next and provides spaces to create functional reminders, comments, file saving.

One of my favorite parts is the fact that you can save files. This has been useful for some editing processes that I have to send back. When I am done going through the workflow, I send a link to the workflow I completed that includes all the files I have uploaded. This makes Process Street work as a nice report and a hub to share those files for my boss to download and check.

Oh, and I must mention that their customer service is among the best I have seen. You can book a 30-minute 1-and-1 session with a person that will walk you through the features and answer any questions you have. Pretty amazing that they invest this kind of time.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The learning curve is a bit steep. I find myself trying to work out some processes but I have a hard time figuring them out. You will find that a couple of features should be polished. This takes a lot of working time, at least at the beginning. The automations are pretty limited in number (not in quality) but they mentioned they will be adding more. The automations are not easy to set up. For instance, migrating data to a Google spreadsheet is more work than it should be. You have to create the Spreadsheet with the columns and then manually add them to Process street so that it knows where to add what in the csv file. There are many programs out there that do this automatically; I wonder why Process Street does not do it.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

This is the tool you need to automate your processes. It will make the flavor of your product stay the same across all workers in your company.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can streamline my processes and keep a log of them, which is fantastic. It allows me to never miss a step in a process. I could not live without Process Street. This, of course helps with my productivity. It does take a while at first but then it pays off with saving so much during the execution.

  ### 49. a very easy to set up Standard Operation Manual (SOP)

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The user interface is spotless and easy to use. i don't need to reach out to their support team to set up more than 30 procedures.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

This is hard to find or filter the procedure I have set up.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want a simple and easy-to-use SOP. Process Street is the way to go after I searched for more than 5 procdcuts.

  ### 50. An integrated solution which is perfect for many task driven activities in an organisation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

While there are other tools that can do the same job, they often require more skill and effort to develop. Process st places all the necessities in one place and becomes a single window-pane view of processes being performed in an organisation. It's a platform that any user in an organisation can use with minimal training too.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Process st is always coming out with new functions, but in the meantime if any particular task needs to be completed (eg. attaching a confidentail file), there is a high level of dependency on third-party tools and integrations to make this happen. This does detract from what I like about process st the most

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Third party form completion. Internal process automation.
