## About Process Street
Process Street is a Compliance Operations Platform that helps teams run their most critical processes the right way, every time. Powered by AI agents, it ensures that policies are enforced, tasks are completed in the correct order, and everything is fully documented for audit readiness. Process Street is built for operational and compliance teams who need more control than task management tools offer, but without the complexity of legacy BPM or GRC systems. It enables anyone on the team to create, update, and run structured workflows without writing code. Instead of just documenting procedures, Process Street turns them into live, trackable processes that drive real execution. At the center of Process Street is Cora, an embedded AI compliance agent that monitors workflows in real time. Cora identifies skipped steps, flags potential risks, and ensures that each process stays aligned with internal policies and external regulations. Organizations use Cora to maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO 9001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and others, without relying on manual oversight or last-minute audit preparation. The platform consists of three tightly integrated layers. First, document management allows teams to centralize policies, SOPs, and handbooks with full version control, approval workflows, and role-based permissions. Second, the process management engine turns those documents into workflows that assign tasks, route approvals, and collect data. Finally, Cora works across both layers to monitor execution, detect non-compliance, and generate audit-ready records in real time. Key capabilities include: • AI-powered compliance monitoring to enforce standards and surface process risks • No code workflow automation with tasks, forms, logic rules, and approvals • Controlled document management with audit trails, permissions, and version history • Automatic audit readiness with complete tracking of task activity and execution history • Integration with over 8000 tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Workday, and Google Workspace Process Street is used across industries like healthcare, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing. It is especially valuable to teams in operations, compliance, quality, and HR who need to ensure consistency, reduce risk, and prove that every step was followed. By combining structure, automation, and intelligence, Process Street helps teams replace manual processes with scalable systems that deliver control, visibility, and confidence across the business.

## Process Street Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive Yet Limited Integration Capabilities

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcy M. | Manager of Project Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I find Process Street pretty intuitive to use. It allows for conditional logic, which gives a little bit of flexibility in the flow, letting me show certain information based on conditions. It's also intuitive for the end user, making it simple for them to get in, respond to things, and see their responses.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The integrations are very limited, only working with certain tools and restricting functionality. For example, with Slack, interaction is limited, reducing how effectively it can be used. The tool itself has a very rigid structure, making creation of new processes time-consuming. If there's a unique requirement, you must recreate everything, affecting every client or instance, which is less than ideal and very time consuming. Even setting up reminders is painful when it should be quick & intuitive. Setting up workflows is also time consuming, even though it wasn't difficult to jump in and start using. Further, if adding a lot into a workflow it can get buggy and their support team was not sufficiently efficient or knowlegable in addressing issues in a reasonable time.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street provides an intuitive user interface for clients, rolls up response data, and allows flexibility with conditional logic and email sending. It's simple to use and helps in conducting surveys effectively. Ultimately we decided to end our relationship with Process Street however.

 ### 2. Well-Designed, Simple SOP Workflows with Powerful Logic and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne V. | Cyber Security Consultant and IT Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street is well designed and simple to use. If you want to standardise your business processes into an SOP and then run them as recurring workflows, this is the software I would recommend. We used Process Street for many years for things like onboarding new clients, onboarding and offboarding users from our managed clients. You can have form fields, add conditional logic and approvals at key steps - the options are almost limitless! There are integrations via Zapier and native webhooks and we experimented with integrating Process Street with our PSA at the time.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

When we first started using Process Street, it was really affordable. However, now that there are various plans, the cost can climb quite quickly - especially as we needed more functionality and added more users. A weakened South Africa Rand and escalating cost led us to discontinue unfortunately.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street standardises onboarding and offboarding users from our managed clients. We have also used it to standardise the setup of new computers for some of our clients - it's great at making sure every configuration is done the same way. We have used the mobile app when at clients and it is a good way to run through a workflow.

 ### 3. Getting Work Done Right Through Structured, Automated Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel C. | Workflow & SaaS Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

What I like best about Process Street is how it brings structure to daily work. It turns complicated processes into simple, step-by-step tasks that guide the team and prevent mistakes. I also enjoy building workflows and automations because they remove manual follow-ups and help everyone stay on track.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

One downside is that advanced features like automations and conditional logic can feel overwhelming for new users at first. There is a learning curve when building more complex workflows, but once learned, the system becomes very powerful and efficient.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street solves the problem of disorganized processes and reliance on memory or manual checklists. It turns workflows into guided tasks that tell the team exactly what to do and when to do it. This benefits me by saving time, preventing mistakes, and giving me confidence that processes like onboarding, content production, and audits are being handled properly.

 ### 4. Process street simplifies the complicated...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sakeena K. | Associate Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street is awesome because you can tweak it to fit your team’s vibe and make everything run smoother. It keeps everyone on track, so you don’t have to stress about missing steps or messing things up. Plus, the automated checklists and real-time updates make it super easy to stay organised and get stuff done.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing. There is nothing I do not like about Process Street. Unless it ceases to exist.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street helps solve the chaos of managing repetitive tasks and keeping everyone on the same page. It makes it easy to create and follow step-by-step workflows, so nothing gets missed and things get done right every time. It also saves time by automating tasks and letting you track progress in real time, which means less confusion and more focus on what really matters.

 ### 5. Streamlined Workflows and Seamless Communication Boost Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles S. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

This system streamlines workflow requests and simplifies information updates across departments. It has significantly reduced the need for follow-ups, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. The customizable workflows and integrated email features make communication seamless and enhance overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing. The only thing that might be hard to adopt is figuring out how to create the templates and add in all these features, but alike any other application, this is standard.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing I've noticed is the reduced need for excessive follow-up. Since we started using Process.St in our firm, tasks and service requests are being completed much more efficiently. Rather than a team member having to ask six different questions to finish a request, you can now include all the necessary information directly in the workflow. This way, you can be confident the task will be completed—of course, depending on the team member ;).

 ### 6. Seamless onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaylie D. | People Operations & Benefits Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It allowed us to work more automated with the seamless onboarding experiences offered by Process St.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It does require some time to learn the functionalities within Process St.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps make things a bit more automated, especially as you're building from the ground up at a start up

 ### 7. Good software, but unnecessarily inflexible pricing for small teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I really enjoy making workflows to delegate tasks in the daily operations of my business. They do a good job with advanced logic, ownership of tasks, due dates, color coding, and integrations. It's a powerful tool. Great for creating workflows.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It's a shame that they are very inflexible on prices. Additionally, the cost structure is highly misleading. They claim it's $20 per user per month. I would gladly pay $20 per user for my small business of 2 people. However, it's not actually $20 per user. Rather they force you to pay for 5 users, so it's $100 per month. For most businesses, this likely won't be an issue. For me and my two-man operation, it was frustrating and disappointing that they were not willing to be flexible, or even attempt to be flexible.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their workflow management is very good, it helps maintain clarity and reliability of my business systems.

 ### 8. The best project and process management tool for recurring tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate M. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street combines power with simplicity. I like that I can assign roles, set approvals, and use conditional logic without it feeling overwhelming. The workflows are flexible and automation-ready, but the interface still feels as easy as checking off a task list. It also gives me the access controls and audit-ready features I need for compliance-heavy work, without sacrificing usability.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

There is an initial learning curve, and it takes some time to unlock its full potential. That said, the support team is excellent; they’re responsive, hands-on, and make sure you’re set up correctly and confident using the platform.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team uses Process Street to organize all of our recurring processes. Instead of managing spreadsheets across multiple apps like Google Docs and Sheets, we run everything through workflows that keep tasks consistent and visible. It’s easy to take one workflow and adapt it into a template for other processes, which saves us time and ensures nothing gets missed. Very happy with Process Street!

 ### 9. One of the biggest surprises. It is an invaluable tool for my company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

i was one of the early adopters. they have continued to grow the product to a very robust tool. now with the ai features, its really taken off as a first class project management and work flow system. highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

nothing i dislike. sometimes wish it was easier to build flows.. but thats just a part of the process. not their fault.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i have a lot of repetitive workflows and its easy to miss something. process street eliminates the details getting missed.

 ### 10. Professional tool to create a detailed SOP.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd Z. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

What I appreciate most about Process Street is the ability to create detailed step-by-step guides with screenshots for employees. These guides can be updated as needed, ensuring they remain current. Additionally, the conditional logic feature allows for the creation of adaptive workflows, helping to streamline and optimize tasks.
I have been using it for almost a year now.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The platform can be a bit slow at times, but the developers have the opportunity to optimize load times for improved performance.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"We are a real estate company that uses Process Street to provide detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both current and future employees. With everything clearly documented and instructions presented in a simple, accessible format, we’ve been able to significantly reduce training costs for new hires.

 ### 11. Streamlined Recurring Processes with Powerful Email Triggers and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajiv S. | Foiunder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It moves focus from projects to processes. This allowed us to build all our scheduled and non-scheduled recurring processes in one place and trigger an entire process with just and email or many such automations. Moreover, the team was very helpful and forthcoming with their guidance to make our implementation successful.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Not really a dislike but integration with outlook calendar would help.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that we used to face is that in a fast-paced environment, people get busy with non-routine tasks and often forget the routine ones. These routine tasks are crucial from a compliance and accuracy standpoint. Not completing them on time hurts service delivery and compliance both of which are existential risks. Process Street has helped in reducing these risks.

 ### 12. Keeps our workflows organized and repeatable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate E. | Director of Education and Operations / Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

We rely on Process Street to standardize and document our recurring workflows. At TypeWell, we have a small team managing a wide range of projects — from technical support to training operations to software development — and Process Street helps us capture the right steps, assign responsibilities, and ensure consistency and accountability.

It was easy to implement our first few workflows for the most common tasks, and then we started using it daily and now I have other people on the team who are developing their own workflows or optimizing/updating them as processes evolve.

The platform is easy to learn and adapt as our processes evolve. Features like conditional logic and form fields keep things flexible while still providing structure. We also appreciate that team members can quickly get up to speed if workflows are reassigned, or if someone takes time off and needs coverage. They can simply follow established workflows rather than relying on institutional memory.

Their customer support is excellent! Their team is fast, thorough, accurate, and exceptionally sharp.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The native automation features work well for straightforward processes, but anything involving multiple systems or custom triggers often requires integrating additional external tools (like Zapier or Make), which adds complexity and cost.

On busy workflows with lots of steps or assignees, the notification stream can feel overwhelming. It takes some tweaking to get the right signal-to-noise ratio.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Process Street, key processes lived in scattered notes or people’s heads. That created risk if someone had to take unexpected time off, and it made succession planning stressful — too much institutional knowledge was tied to specific individuals.

With Process Street, everything lives in one place. Someone can step in if there’s an absence, we can onboard a new team member, or plan for role changes without scrambling. Many of our workflows pause for months at a time, so being able to archive and later unarchive a process — with the full history and comments intact — lets us pick up right where we left off. Now we can standardize processes, assign ownership, and track progress at a glance. It’s reduced errors, lowered stress, and given us confidence in both day-to-day coverage and long-term sustainability, while freeing us to focus on the real work instead of micromanaging tasks.

 ### 13. Powerful Automation Orchestration with Robust APIs and Built-In Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank B. | Solutions Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The ability to orchestrate automation across any business function, robust API integration, ingestion of regulatory and compliance rules to ensure compliant workflows and integration with AgenticAI components.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing..every component is well thought out and adaptable to any use case.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regulated industries, in particular, require maximum process efficiency, compliant workflows, and the ability to operate and integrate across diverse third-party application environments. Using Process Street ensure you are audit-ready.

 ### 14. A Great Team Checklist Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan E. | Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

We've been using it for a while now, mainly for keeping track of routine stuff between different teams, and it's worked out pretty well. It's a solid tool, but it's not without a few quirks.

Process Street is a fantastic solution for executing those relatively simple checklists. We use it, for instance, for our new hires, and it's quite helpful. HR handles the contract, I set up their accounts, and the team lead takes care of the onboarding and hardware. The collaboration features are solid. It’s easy to see who has added what, assign a specific task to someone, and the comment system, which sends an automatic email, is great for keeping me in the loop without having to constantly log in.

Creating a new checklist is a breeze, especially if you stick to the basics. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and it's easy to get a workflow up and running quickly. I was also pleased to find that Process Street has an AI tool now to help with checklist creation, which is a neat feature, even though I haven't needed it yet. It shows they're focused on making the platform even more user-friendly. I also appreciate that there are a ton of advanced features we aren't using right now, but it's good to know they're there if our needs grow in the future.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

My main issue with Process Street comes down to two things: a steep learning curve for complex logic and the pricing. While creating basic checklists is easy, trying to build any kind of complex conditional logic is a whole different story. It’s a lot of trial-and-error to get it right, and it can be a bit frustrating.

The other big sticking point is the cost. It can feel pretty expensive, especially since we're not even scratching the surface of the advanced features we're paying for. You pay per user, and while they do offer free guest users, they're pretty limited in what they can do. If you have a large team where a lot of people only need to check off a task every once in a while, the price tag just doesn’t make sense. It’s a real barrier for us and probably for a lot of other companies with many infrequent users. Maybe something with a more flexible pricing model, like based on tasks, could be a better fit.

My experience with customer support is also abit mixed. Some cases were handled great, with support engineers walking me through all the steps to get it working, while other cases where dismissed with a generic "see the support documentation here" and a link to an article that didn't really address my issue.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street is a must-have for our inter-team processes. It completely streamlines for something like our new-hire onboarding, making sure no step is missed and everyone knows exactly what they need to do. It’s a huge improvement over the mess of emails and spreadsheets we used to have.

Beyond that, it's become a critical tool for compliance. It provides a clear, documented, and auditable trail for every task completed in a workflow. Nowadays, I mostly log in when I get an email notification that I have a task or when I need to check something for our compliance records. It's not something I'm in every day, but when I need it, it's there.

 ### 15. Flexible, Automated; an Easy Onboarding Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan H. | Manager, Internal Onboarding and Solutions Enablement, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I like that Process Street is very flexible and adaptable, while still being easy to use and simple to understand. It's really helpful that there are a ton of options and a lot of built-in automation. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to a customer success manager who walked us through everything, making it simple to set up our first processes.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street makes sure that new staff get onboarded easily and quickly without missing any steps, and ensures nothing gets missed when releasing new features to our customers.

 ### 16. User-Friendly and Essential for Creating SOPs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street is very user-friendly, and we rely on it to create SOPs for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Sometimes, the software doesn't let me edit or paste images, particularly when I've been working on a specific document for an extended period. To continue working, I have to refresh the page.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the ability to create a draft tailored to a specific payroll vendor, and then duplicate and modify it to produce a customized version for each client. This means we don't have to start from scratch every time.

 ### 17. A user friendly and powerful ally for any business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam O. | Regional Property Management Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I love how Process Street makes it so straightforward to dot the Is and cross the Ts, especially when it comes to highly detailed work like onboarding new staff and other similar processes. You can modify their pre-made templates to suit your needs or build your own from scratch

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I find it frustrating that the analytics you can access for each workflow template cannot be customised so you can fixate on the results of a completed workflow (e.g. employee satisfaction results). In addition to this, it is easy to accidentally pick up and move a workflow item out of the intended position that you have to keep moving back. With all this said, these are two minor areas that, knowing Process Street, are likely to address over the coming months/years

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a well-designed process is essential to any business' continued success, so the fact you can schedule, trigger and run workflows in so many different ways using Process Street makes it a valuable tool

 ### 18. Process Street: Excellent for Internal Processes, Room to Grow on Customer-Facing Forms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zohra M. | Chaos-to-Order Transformation Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street excels at creating detailed workflow management with multiple layers of tasks. Since implementing it in July 2024, we've built customer-facing intake forms that trigger internal workflows, which then branch into user-level task assignments. This hierarchical structure ensures nothing falls through the cracks. The platform is particularly valuable for documenting repeatable internal processes that don't occur frequently, eliminating the "how did we do this last time?" problem. Our standout success has been creating an AI-powered testimonial wizard that collects client feedback through simple questions and automatically generates polished testimonials. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making implementation relatively painless both for our business at ByteWize and for my personal use with tasks like tax preparation.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The customer-facing forms lack the robust functionality available in the workflows. Despite expecting feature parity, forms are significantly more basic, which limits our options when designing client interactions. The most frustrating aspect is the disparity between workflow functionality and form functionality - they don't mirror each other. For example, AI tasks are available in workflows but not in forms, forcing us to choose between better user experience and more powerful features. While Process Street continues to release updates, addressing these limitations would significantly improve the platform.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street solves our biggest operational headaches by standardizing our customer intake with forms that automatically kick off internal workflows, so nothing falls through the cracks. It's a lifesaver for those "how did we do this last time?" processes that happen infrequently. The biggest win has been our testimonial system – we turned an awkward ask into a simple questionnaire that uses AI to generate professional testimonials in minutes. I even use it personally for tax prep reminders. Bottom line: we're way more efficient now, with better handoffs between team members and consistent quality no matter who's handling the work.RetryClaude can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.

 ### 19. The backbone of our process optimization work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai d. | The Creative Guy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street is essential to how we deliver repeatable value. It lets us standardize, scale, and track complex workflows. We use it daily for everything from healthcare compliance to HR automation. The interface is clean, the logic tools are flexible, the automations and connectors make implementation fast, and it integrates well with tools like Zapier and Power Automate. Their customer support is excellent; the team is always responsive, helpful, and clear.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The workflow builder can feel too flat and text-heavy, especially in larger builds. A visual map or timeline would make complex journeys easier to manage. Also, while native automation has improved, it still lags behind when it comes to triggering workflows natively. We often need third-party tools to meet advanced requirements.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street helps us eliminate the chaos of undocumented, inconsistent, and hard-to-scale processes, especially in complex environments like healthcare and financial services. Internally, we use it as our central platform for SOPs, compliance workflows, onboarding checklists, and cross-functional task tracking. It gives our consultants a repeatable and auditable structure that’s easy to deploy with clients. That leads to faster project delivery, higher user adoption, and better visibility into how work gets done. It also reduces training time for both our team and our clients.

 ### 20. Simplifying Process Documentation and SOP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harrison R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

What I like about Process Street is that it is easy to learn and streamlines workflows and process documentation. Aside from that, there are tons of templates I can use to get started. There is also an integrated AI that can create the task for me when needed. So as a newbie, implementing a certain workflow is very straightforward.
Other features I have tried using are their checklist and simple automations. You can also assign tasks with it.

Our team is using this on a daily basis, from onboarding checklists to SOP documentation to a daily knowledge base for our IT team. Process Street is integrated into our daily workloads.

Although I haven't tried it yet, I know they have a free version, so that is a big plus for those who want to get started of using a systematic tool for process documentation.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I don't have any major things I don't like about Process Street. The only thing that comes to mind is that when numbering certain tasks, it won't continue from the previous task if there is a gap in between, or I would create a new sub task in the same page.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street is creating a system for getting or distributing a knowledge base to our team. Making client onboarding efficient. Documenting the process is easier and making SOP a breeze.

 ### 21. streamlined operations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah D. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

We’ve been using Process.st as our go-to project management and onboarding platform, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outset, it allowed our team to onboard new employees with ease, standardizing our processes and making our operations significantly more efficient and consistent.

One of the standout features of Process.st is how intuitive and flexible the platform is. It’s built in a way that allows our team to create and manage recurring workflows, assign tasks, and track progress without unnecessary complexity. This has made day-to-day task management smoother and more transparent across departments.

What truly sets Process.st apart, though, is the team behind the product. Their support and customer success teams are highly efficient, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. They took the time to understand our company’s unique needs and worked closely with us to ensure the platform was customized and performing to our expectations. When we've had specific feature requests or needed functionality adjusted, the team was not only receptive but also willing to make updates to the system when appropriate—something you rarely find with software providers.

Thanks to Process.st, we've streamlined operations, improved accountability, and saved time across our organization. It’s a solution that continues to grow with us, backed by a team that’s committed to helping us succeed.

Highly recommended for any organization looking to scale its processes while maintaining flexibility and personalized support.

One area for improvement would be offering more formatting options within tasks to enhance clarity and customization for different workflow needs. For example, changing the size of images.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street is solving several key operational problems for us—mainly around consistency, accountability, and efficiency in task management and onboarding. By turning repetitive processes into standardized workflows, it ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that every team member follows the same high-quality steps. This has reduced errors, saved time, and made training new employees much faster and more reliable.

Process Street allows my team to make sure we're hitting all the steps when we're doing website maintenance for our clients. And it also allows us to easily improve that process as we go. We use this software to our day to day task. Their customer service is always available whenever there is a problem and gives concrete solutions. ### 29. Would I use Process Street in my next role?

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It's available on the cloud and their marketing team sends regular emails.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I've used it for over 2 years.

My colleagues and I have frustration at times when it didn't work on Chrome (meaning cannot log in) but it worked on Edge. Maybe it might be caused by my firm's IT department, I do not know.

I have seen too many times when I tried to save data and didn't but showed the message that it has let Process St know. Most days it saves.

When I mistype a word, it shows the autocorrection and even though I select the correct spelling, it doesn't replace it so I have to type it again.

The most annoying thing to me is the inability to create a step which contains text but if I want to add attachments or a screenshot, I have to create a separate step instead of bundling into one step.

I hope for my sake, all the above is just happening to me.

Again, it might be my computer system but I cannot be sure.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It presents a collection of steps to follow when onboarding new clients.

My employer set the system up so I have to follow it. That is the benefit.

 ### 30. Process Street Review - A Game-Changer for Our Business Processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Enhanced Accountability and Visibility
One of the most valuable aspects has been the improved visibility across all our processes. With workflows clearly defined in an actionable format, our business runs more smoothly, and we spend less time searching through old email threads to determine status or responsibility. Managers can quickly see where bottlenecks occur, and team members always know exactly what tasks they’re responsible for completing.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

1.	The permissions and roles system lacks granularity, making it difficult to create custom access levels without giving users full administrative privileges.
	2.	The reporting features could benefit from more advanced analytics capabilities to better understand process bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street has revolutionized our employee onboarding. What was once a fragmented and inconsistent process is now a smooth, standardized experience for every new hire. The customizable templates allow us to tailor our onboarding workflows to different roles while maintaining consistency across departments. New team members get up to speed faster, and HR spends less time managing paperwork and more time on meaningful interactions with new employees.

 ### 31. Easy to use, concise, tool with a robust set of features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street does a great job consolidating all of my tasks for projects into concise lists. I can take care of some tasks myself while I delegate more specialized tasks to other team members. Communication with Process Street is also easy as it gets everyone involved. It's allowed me to streamline my projects while providing a great user experience.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The GUI can be a bit busy at times and older projects are sometimes hard to find.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem with documentation for tasks and projects being jumbled and not in a singular location. Process Street has allowed us to streamline that process and consolidate all of our projects into it.

 ### 32. Tick the compliance boxes, make sure everything is done right EVERY TIME, what more could you want?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicki K. | Business Coach, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I LOVE that I don't need to worry about whether or not I've done everything when onboarding a client- I just follow the checklist! It's even helped me to uncover a couple of sales opportunities I missed!

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The thought that if they ever stopped being their awesome selves I'd be totally lost!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm in a heavily regulated industry, so Process.st makes it simple to make sure that I'm fully compliant with everything I do. It also means that I know any contractors are doing everything they need to as well- making it easier for them too!

 ### 33. Amazing Process Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason A. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process.st allows us to create meaningful process that my business depends on and execute them in an efficient manor while being able to track progress and ensure all stakeholders are in the know. It's a fairly simple system with robust capabilities and framework behind the user interface.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I would love additional support from the team to connect systems using power automate.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street allows us to capture information from external users and convert the provided information into useable documents. This saves our company 100's of hours a year and results in consistent and legally complaint documents.

 ### 34. Process street has allowed us to track our complex workflows easily and reliably.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Our firm loves how customizable Process Street is and how adaptable the workflows are.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The one thing I do not like about Process Street is when a change is made to workflow, especially if something new is added, updating all existing workflows can result in prior assignments that shouldn't apply to hit our employees Inbox. We also have a difficult time using the reporting as we have reoccurring projects that roll to the next period that will skew the numbers.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to process street we had paper checklists that didn't allow us to see what point in the process each employee was with a project. Process Street allows us to manage our employees and projects easier. We also use automation features in Process Street that prevents human error when another project is triggered.

 ### 35. Very helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process St keeps track of tasks for me so I don't have to - I love that I can schedule all my regular tasks whether they're daily, weekly or annual. PS automatically generates my to-do list and all I have to do is follow it, no worries about missing or forgetting anything.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Hardly any downsides but I find the collaborative element a bit difficult, I mainly use it solo

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a sole business owner I have a large number of regular tasks to complete every day, week, month, quarter and year, there are so many that it's hard to keep track with simple lists and some have severe consequences if I miss a deadline. Using PS schedules to create checklists means I never miss a task

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating standard operating procedures between clients and internal employees. We're able to track and maintain our processes much easier than passing around spreadsheets and word docs.

I like using Process Street for work as it helps me to follow the processes easily without forgetting anything.
I'm currently in the onboarding phase of a new role and I think Process Street is very useful for tracking the different processes for each induction topic I need to learn.

The fact that we can tick the boxes when we've completed a task makes it clear where we left off and where we can pick up again without getting lost and looking for which task we left off on.

The interface is user friendly and also easy to navigate.

it helps me include everything within my work flow if well defined from the start, even if i am about to forget.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

it shows process that had not reach the stage that i suppose to take any action and it is shown as delayed on my side, despite the fact that other stakeholders did not do their part yet

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps me make sure that my process will not skip any part without being fully accomplished

 ### 41. Simple, Efficient, and Easy

The ease of creating and maintaining process. The ability to link programs together in order to generate processes.
