## About Process Street
Process Street is a Compliance Operations Platform that helps teams run their most critical processes the right way, every time. Powered by AI agents, it ensures that policies are enforced, tasks are completed in the correct order, and everything is fully documented for audit readiness. Process Street is built for operational and compliance teams who need more control than task management tools offer, but without the complexity of legacy BPM or GRC systems. It enables anyone on the team to create, update, and run structured workflows without writing code. Instead of just documenting procedures, Process Street turns them into live, trackable processes that drive real execution. At the center of Process Street is Cora, an embedded AI compliance agent that monitors workflows in real time. Cora identifies skipped steps, flags potential risks, and ensures that each process stays aligned with internal policies and external regulations. Organizations use Cora to maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO 9001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and others, without relying on manual oversight or last-minute audit preparation. The platform consists of three tightly integrated layers. First, document management allows teams to centralize policies, SOPs, and handbooks with full version control, approval workflows, and role-based permissions. Second, the process management engine turns those documents into workflows that assign tasks, route approvals, and collect data. Finally, Cora works across both layers to monitor execution, detect non-compliance, and generate audit-ready records in real time. Key capabilities include: • AI-powered compliance monitoring to enforce standards and surface process risks • No code workflow automation with tasks, forms, logic rules, and approvals • Controlled document management with audit trails, permissions, and version history • Automatic audit readiness with complete tracking of task activity and execution history • Integration with over 8000 tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Workday, and Google Workspace Process Street is used across industries like healthcare, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing. It is especially valuable to teams in operations, compliance, quality, and HR who need to ensure consistency, reduce risk, and prove that every step was followed. By combining structure, automation, and intelligence, Process Street helps teams replace manual processes with scalable systems that deliver control, visibility, and confidence across the business.

## Process Street Reviews
  ### 1. Process Street is a key tool that I use to explain and document steps for my customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It's easy to use and allows a variety of media (images, video, etc) to be included in the processes.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I find that setting up the correct sharing options to be a bit challenge...not complicated but at first glance it's overwhelming. The terms maybe think of Google's share options which most people do not get right. I'd much prefer to have a share option that said "Share a view-only version with people outside your organization such as customers, friends, etc. They can create their own free Process.st account as well as create processes and checklists."

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i'm able to document processes within my own business that I can share with temporary staff so I can focus on other parts of my business.

Additionally, I'm able to share processes for my clients as part of a membership program for them to follow.

  ### 2. Process.st invites a great level of collaboration and document control to all workscapes!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

What I like most about Process.st is the ability to manipulate and shape templates to such a wide variety of needs. We utilize checklists for imports, orders, production, warehousing tasks, cleaning, etc. Being able to upload records, report and carry the task on to the next assignee is invaluable. It cuts down on our work significantly and assures that tasks are being done, even when we're not monitoring that part of the project.

Having the ability to check back and review records and comments to understand where we did great and where we can improve is really useful.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

One of the more glaring issues with Process.st is the mobile interface. While the site does scale to smaller devices, I don't feel it's as usable as a dedicated mobile app could be with an overall UI/UX redesign.

Attachment download, upload, viewing, etc could also use some touch-up. When wanting to preview .pdf/.xls/.docx attachments, there isn't a way to view without downloading the document. Photos are able to be previewed and this is an awesome feature we'd like to see extended to documents and any other file type.

When we invite people in, we have to train them on it and continue to provide support as they acclimate. For people with low computer literacy, it's somewhat intimidating and they avoid the checklists unless we continually remind them. We know Process.st reminds them via email, but it doesn't seem to encourage them to complete the lists, they see it as a nag... It's an unfortunate truth with people who aren't as process oriented as we are.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document control and assignments to collaborators has been very useful.

  ### 3. I love Process Street

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I let me create my enterprise processes with great flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The cost is a bit high and the interface is unwelcoming at first. I can overcome those issues but I'm having a hard time embarking on coworkers on the app...

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

You should try it with a small team of enthusiasts & early adopters first before digitalizing your processes and forcing everyone to come. Your coworkers may not like the change if it's too sudden. I work in France and changing anything is a very delicate matter...

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in France with a long tradition of oral processes. The problem I face every day is how to make information transparent without having a meeting every five minutes. Process Street allows me to do just that.

I also use it for my personal daily routine.

  ### 4. A must-have!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avens R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Probably my favorite thing about Process Street is the ease of use. It's extremely user-friendly and intuitive for someone new to the platform. It doesn't take anytime to understand the platform and quickly start building content. I also really enjoy how it's essentially a checklist with directions (the second part I wasn't expecting) all-in-one! You can easily add additional text for detailed instructions, pictures to help clarify, etc. to any tasks once an employee reaches that task. Another plus for Process Street is how that the platform comes with an extensive amount of pre-build templates that you can easily edit to customize specifically for your organization.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

This is minor, but you cannot move multiple templates into a folder at once. Instead, you have to individually move one at a time. Again, this is minor but it would be a nice feature. Other than that, I really have no complaints! I am enjoying this platform more than expected!

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

This is honestly a must-have for your business! I would recommend coming up with checklists before you even start with Process Street. Uploading checklists into this platform is as easy and copy and paste. There is no heavy lifting, but it would help your company stay ahead of the game by already having checklists built out. Other than that, I just recommend getting Process Street TODAY because you'll notice a difference by tomorrow!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving various problems related to responsibilities, process, project management, accountability and organization. For example, we're using Process Street to streamline our onboarding; making sure tasks are assigned to the correct people. We're also using it to improve our SOP process by creating checklists in Process Street that are easier to leverage on-the-job. Personally, my team is using it as a way to stay organized and on the same page for various projects that they are working to roll out. We're also using it as an accountability tool which has been wonderful. Focusing whether or not an employee completed a task, and to what degree of accuracy, can be based solely on data derived from Process Street, taking emotion/opinions out of the conversation.

  ### 5. Great for Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wine and Spirits | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I use the checklists all the time to make sure that I'm not missing anything on my big projects.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing so far, the free version only allows for a handful of checklists but that hasn't been an issue for me.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a lot of little important details to go through for my wine releases. The templates allow me to run the same checklists for every new release so I can double check everything as I go.

  ### 6. So far, so good!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Polly C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The thing I like most about Process Street is that it is pretty user friendly, especially to start creating and using basic processes. I also like the integrations and some of the more complex features that the software offers if you spend the time to learn how to use them. They can really improve your work efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The biggest hurdle with a software like this is getting your staff to use it. New software can be intimidating. We did have a training session, but I found it was a little too much too fast when staff were just getting introduced to the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

If you're looking for documenting actually processes, with checklists, instructions and clear accountabilities then this software does the trick.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall this system is helping us to make our processes consistent and ensure that everyone knows who is accountable for different tasks.

  ### 7. One of my favorite tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atilla B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It gives a clean structure to finish a process. At the end comes a celecration animation. It`s fun.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Sometimes slow loading. But mostly quick.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Get it.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved problem: My old task manager software service closed and went offline.
Benefits: Fun and structure.

  ### 8. Good Experience with Process Street

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Very easy to use and modify in our own requirements

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Mobile application does not available in Android.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could able to solve our work process activities monitoring issues on timely manner.

  ### 9. Adjustable system useful to many industries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daxon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The ability to build out processes and especially your own conditional logic functions with no coding or extensive tutorials is a huge draw. The templates are easy to update and rearrange as processes need tweaking. I can train pretty much anyone into this system and have team members all over the world using it to track progress.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It doesn't have a simple way to sort your lists by data points from within the system, you really have to export the information via csv to make the data fully sortable. That's something I've been able to work around pretty easily, but it's a function many businesses will be wanting, so be aware you'll need to set up a consistent export process. I wish it had a dark mode since it is up on my screen all day long and all the white gets intense after a while. Finally, the inbox feature is not sortable enough for our purposes, so it tends to get overloaded and we have pretty much had to abandon it, but it would be a good system for a fewer number of task lists (we're managing up to 100 at a time).

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it for transaction management of 50+ deals at once. It has helped us keep our tracking far more consistently, and has allowed us to train new team members into our processes more seamlessly. It is also storing our email templates, connects to our file system, and is used to produce some of our data reports.

  ### 10. Process Street is life changing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

SO MANY THINGS: 1) that you can make one checklist (for hiring, for onboarding, for how to run payroll, etc) for things you do frequently (or even infrequently) and then run the list for separate occasions (each person you hire, for example). 2) you can assign different tasks to different people and give them due dates (and the due dates can be "smart dates" from your original checklist - ie it knows to tell the comms dept to add the person to website on first day). 3) super easy to use and learn and add additional (free) functionality, like conditional formatting (some tasks only show up if you are hiring a certain position). 4) you can make some tasks private or hidden, so not everyone who is part of the onboarding process list knows the person's salary, etc.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

One thing they've already made better is an easy place to see everything you need to do across checklists. A nice to have for me would be able to assign to different people within tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Just buy it!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've grown A LOT in a short time, so multiple are involved when someone is onboarded. I tried to make a spreadsheet to track what everyone needed to do, and it didn't work. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Now different team members use it to capture standard operating procedures. It's super helpful during this pandemic so if a finance member needs to take time off, someone will know how to run payroll, step by step.

  ### 11. Good for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

With Process Street, you build steps and can include instructions. This is very helpful for us as we have a lot of auditors come in, so we normally operate with paper checklists to make sure every step is done, since we know it will be checked later. It's helpful because now instead of passing around paper checklists as everyone does their own part of it, we can electronically hand things off to others. A lot easier to work as teams with some working at home. And with instructions attached, if one person has to be out, others can take over their duties.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Pretty much anyone can do a checklist without any special training, which is great. It does take some knowledge to build the templates in, so we have one person on our team who is skilled in that.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awesome when some people are working from home.

  ### 12. Expensive but Worth It.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dallin W. | Sales and Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It is so incredibly easy to use. From the first time I logged in, I understood how to use every feature. Also, the team is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Process Street costs way more than comparative products.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Make sure those features are what you want. It is expensive, but if the features are valuable to you then it is totally worth it.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street is the place that our team stores not only our standard operating procedures, but also our business plans.

  ### 13. Amazing Process Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HybridHELIX C. | Executive Strategy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The integration with Zapier and unique embed and form fill options - literally make this the most versatile way to automate your business and build a solid framework for success. The platform allows you to confront any of the largest challenges that you run into with business systemization by offering you a solution that is robust and well thought out. I like how the website loads on our IPads and the team is also actively working on a mobile application.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Right now the only dislike that I have is that the mobile application hasn’t been released yet. I also would like to see additional Zapier options available that help get around the Guest limitations where possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

The solution is robust and deceptively simple. Make sure you schedule an onboarding call so you are fully prepared with tips and tricks that will make your integration easier. Especially when it comes to understanding how their plans work. You do NOT need to pay for multiple users if your guest count will suffice. There are ways you can keep costs very low with this tool.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated client onboarding processes - creation of Microsoft Team’s channel, sending of onboarding materials, etc.
Automated employee hiring and training processes as well as system access requests.

  ### 14. If you have a business, you need Process Street

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur B. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It's the best way to create and manage recurring processes. You can create basic processes in seconds or in our case, we have some very complex workflows with conditional logic, variable fields and approvals. PS also integrates into a vast array of third-party apps using Zapier that allow us to automate many tasks, such as onboarding emails.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

This is not PS specific but you need to ensure to keep your processes up to date.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

If you're unsure about PS, give it a try and just create a basic process that will take a few minutes. You will quickly see how easy their software is to use.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using PS for years and it literally manages every recurring process that we have, from building and opening new locations to changing our menu seasonally and everything in between. Having a single source of truth and documented processes allows us to focus on other areas of our business. When new employees are onboarded, we don't have to worry about training on how to perform any of these processes as they are fully documented.

  ### 15. Process St is absolutely integral to our operations and compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Flexibility and breadth of functionality that the platform provides is incredible. The ability to integrate to all of our other core applications via Zapier saves us hours each week and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

There are small UX kinks here and there that are not deal breakers, but would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adhering to our key controls and ensuring we are 100% compliant.

  ### 16. Great For Keeping Track of Orders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Ease of use, multiple checklists, & more

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

No way to set due dates by business vs calendar days

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Worth the subscription and will take care of you

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to run many real estate orders at the same time. Timelines are very important and this lets me keep up with many (and more to come) without worrying about something getting forgotten.

  ### 17. Automated Processes Change Your Life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Belinda D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

One of the best features of Process St is that it is comprehensive in breaking down any Process or System into the most granular steps on a checklist with detailed instructions of how to get each step done. Because it presents information in such a clear way, as long as each step is well documented, anyone can come in and learn how to execute an your systems properly in a very short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

So far, I have not found anything that I don't like about Process St. I've used it for almost a year and I love it.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

If you have processes and systems, I would recommend automating them with Process ST. It will change your life.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of not having enough time.

We automate all sorts of processes including administrative processes, sales follow up processes, sales pipeline processes, operational processes, etc. Once their set up, everyone knows what to and when without having to think about it.

  ### 18. Suprisingly useful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miquel F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The consistent layout and look and feel of all procedures you create

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Some minor visual functionalities (like the ability to collapse menus or change the width of the sidebar)

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

With a tool like this, you can focus on the content itself and not the format or how to deploy your SOP to your users

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures

  ### 19. A common sense solution to an everyday problem!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Principal Broker/ Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process street allows us to keep all of our processes and workflows properly organized and up to date. Changes to a workflow can be made very easily and then updated globally across any active checklists that may be in motion.

Between webhooks, API and Zapier integrations, there should be little issues with scaling user content. It is super easy and maintaining the integrity of the data is also easy (through user permissions and roles).

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Process Street can be utilized in a variety of ways, depending on the individual user. I think it is essential for the user to decide in the beginning if they will use the platform only for internal mapping or if you intend to invite other users/collaborators into a checklist.

An additional feature that I could see being massively useful is the ability to "publicize" workflows.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

It is not an "all-in-one" solution for managing workflows and processes but then again, no SaaS truly is! A great application to have as the backbone for process management! Overall easy to use, setup and integrate. Support staff and developers are super helpful which is important.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By utilizing the easy to use drag and drop wizard, we have been able to consolidate notes, templates, checklists, etc. all into one application! We are now able to keep everything in one place instead of being spread out across multiple SaaS platforms. Eliminating this redundancy allows us to also reduce our overhead.

  ### 20. Do not use this product unless you like deleted data

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The workflow is intuitive and easy; however, the way they manage data is terrible. As a result of our use of Process Street, we have lost mission-critical data due to their bad architecture.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The way Process Street handles data is terrible. Do not use this product if the work you do is important and meaningful. They will lose your data.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to use Process Street as a way of storing process information. Instead, all of our processes got destroyed because they lost our data.

  ### 21. Overall, love love love Process.st

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica B. | Manager of Human Capital, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I love being able to share a checklist with an employee and know that an entire process is outlined for them, including emails, screenshots, mini checklists, and detailed instructions, and that checklist can be edited and updated as often as I'd like.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

When adding dates it drives me crazy to always have to attach a time as well. I use Zapier to shoot data to all kinds of spreadsheets and email and stuff, and the time added to the date always clutters up the results

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is invaluable to me to be able to reference that checklist, complete with documents and comments when reviewing work.

  ### 22. Keeps Me Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler O. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I logged all my processes once and can now mindlessly check off tasks on my checklist instead of using up valuable mental bandwidth. I can also edit and improve these processes seamlessly as I go.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I'm on a year-long free trial run and would love to use all of these great features for free going forward (I use Process Street for my media platform -- a blog and podcast network -- that is not currently generating any revenue just yet).

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Keep refining your processes to make them more effective and more efficient.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowed me to keep track of all of the regular processes I go through on a weekly basis and run through them without much thinking. It's a way to log and keep track of everything. It comes most in handy when I've recorded multiple podcasts with multiple guests and am keeping track of the steps of my post-production process for each.

  ### 23. Process Street Works With Me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula B. | Owner, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The tool saves me lots of time and frustration. I recently was reminded of this when one of the features broke (as they do in all software). It forced me to do my processes "the old way" for a short time. Process Street support was right on it, understood the problem immediately, and even helped me develop a workaround while they fixed it.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I wish it was more friendly with larger sized files.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Take advantage of the staff consultations, webinars, etc. They are so great to work with and have helped me a lot in making Process Street an integral part of how I do business.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I process a lot of audio files and publish them with articles and photos. Process Street helps me manage an approvals process, keeping audio, photos, copy, and metadata all together in the same place. My clients love using it because confusion is eliminated and no more tons of emails back and forth and getting mixed up.

  ### 24. A game changer for productivity and delegation

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process St. is a platform dedicated to workflow and processes. While you can do some of the same in ASANA, Trello, AirTable and others Process St. is completely superior and even makes you naturally improve your processes as you are documenting them and moving your written processes from your text documents to the incredible versatile platform. It is really a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I find that sometimes the platform is slow up starting up and you wait a little before you can search. I would wish that new features were developed for using calculations as part of a process, but I would be surprised if the team is not already working on it.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Start by creating a process at the same time as you are working on it. You will see how your process instantly gets improved, standardized and ready for delegation.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me as founder to delegate, improved the quality and consistency of our processes and helped define and initiate processes that we were not able to deal with before. I have also engaged my employees in defining processes themselves creating productivity for everyone across the board. It's simply a game changer.

  ### 25. Empower your team!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | Operations manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The wide array of functionality that's already built into the platform. I also like that the process are easily edited for improved functionality. We're constantly updating process and we encourage and empower our team to always be improving efficiency and reducing mistakes. Once trained on Process Street, they're able to do these changes and updates on their own.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

would like if you could comment on individual subtasks instead of just at the bottom.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Pull the trigger on it.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's helped our team be more accountable for their actions. Tasks that are time sensitive, important steps that need to be followed, and even mundane daily tasks have a place and can be monitored.

  ### 26. Process street - A platform to make checklist for complex process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I have literally loved this software. It have solved my many problems and helped me in the organisation and growth of my firm.Running processes as collaborative workflows is the most used tool of process street which i have used. Each an every employee have to complete few checklist for completion of project or training.Apart from the checklist feature one can easily store documents and important details such as bank details for crediting salary of employees.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

as i have already mentioned that i have loved this software so i have nothing much to say about cons of it. But i would love if they will add chatting feature to it . And yes, adding tables to checklists is been a headache to me and i hope they will probably this problem.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

running and completing checklists, orgainisng tasks, saving documents

  ### 27. Great Product: simple, intuitive, saved me from having to create an application from scratch!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan B. | IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Very Straightforward - anyone can get started with ease. Also, easy to make adjustments or additions whenever you need with ability to update existing checklists.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Overview is a great concept to see the status of all your checklists using a given template, but having available sorting of all columns, word wrap on titles, etc. would be really beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

You get a free trial, what's to lose? I found almost immediate value, and had a lot of our key processes built while still in the trial.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication!!! We were all over the place with spreadsheets, and having to search (and search) in email to find answers. It's all in Process.St now and anyone on our team can get answers they need, leave comments, etc.

  ### 28. Awesome template for processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis A. | Co Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Detailed and even provides context for a process

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Would like to see an integration to clickup

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standard operating procedures mostly

  ### 29. Do it again and again. A process for everything.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Checklists superpowers! It is a great tool for organizing projects and tasks done again and again. It is an organizers dream. If you spend the time to organize the steps you take on any project that you repeat, you should put it in process.st so you can incrementally improve your work each time.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The limited ability to export and read longer checklists. The organization of checklists and the ways completed checklists are archived and managed.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Give it time. It is easy to use but the shift in thinking about it takes a while to set in. Once the team "gets it" the power of process.st really shines.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started with content publishing, webinars, and volunteer organizing. We have been expanding the use both with more complex bits of work and with simple tasks.

  ### 30. Process.st is literally a must have.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The fact that it forces you to evaluate your processes as you create and run them. Instant accountability.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Nothing. I have found it to be exactly what I would expect in a software tool. I use it as an integral part of my day.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency and a daily schedule for activities.

  ### 31. Simple tool to get processes up and running

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The tool is very easy to learn. You can just start to build your processes in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The pricing is setup in a higher level than we would expect.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Just use it and go ahead.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We support our main processes by using this tool. We first wanted to fully automate our processes but this ends up in a never ending story. Process street is straight forward and brings the processes to the users with a minimum of effort to do.

  ### 32. Exactly what I needed to crystallise our processes and make the actionable at the same time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The tool helps you but also forces you to split up a workflow in manageable/checkable tasks.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I miss the possibility to more easily export the Process Templates so I can further document the process for our workforce.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Layout your process first, before creating your template, otherwise you'll do a lot of useless back and forwards.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use it to manage our Delivery Preparation and Return Flow. Due to Process Street I know that every outgoing delivery and incoming return is handled in exactly the same way.

  ### 33. Outstanding experience with Process street

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shahar G. | Growth and BD Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Great App, Helps me and my customers to keep on track of variety kinds of processes.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I'm an Israeli and use the Hebrew language. Unfortunately it is not supported so good.
Editing tasks can cause deleting headlines accidentally.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing same processes again and again with similar standard and quality regardless the person running the processes, I'm adding to it a lot of supported automation (I work with Integromat but Zapier is supported as well) and this allow me to set document for both manual and automated task so everything is clear and easy to understand.

  ### 34. Great SOP and Workflow Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process.st allows you to organize and streamline your workflows and process in a way that makes it easy to duplicate your efforts. When I have to on-board a new employee, I only have to run down a checklist with them 1-2 times no matter how complex the process. Also because the process is outlined in front of my employees, they are able to participate in process improvement...and THAT is the real gold that I have been able to extract from using Process.st

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The way the inbox is set up makes it easy for a ton of tasks to pile up. It give the semblance that you have a bunch of unread messages when it's really just notifying you about upcoming work. Also I wish there was a one click text option similar to the one click email.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Process st is a great tool to use if you need to scale/automate your business. The checklists that you will create on here will literally become the skeleton of your business. Everything else will be build upon that.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to train my employees faster as well as delegate/automate more work faster! Before I used Process Street I was creating workflows inside of spreadsheets which were GREAT but they didn't have the additional capabilities like one click email or due date reminders. Even as a single creator and user of my processes, it has become infinitely easier to complete tasks because Process Street.

  ### 35. So far, so good

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa G. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Having a place to clearly define our processes and check how workflows are efficient or inefficient and being able to make updates to that process in real time and have everyone see the changes process same-day.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It's a little laggy when pushing updates on templates and there seem to be weird glitchy things where we have to refresh a page a few times to make sure we're working on the right checklist.

Also, it's gotten better now but the chat support was awful in the beginning. This is a problem for more tech-y companies and is increasingly annoying. Now I'm determining which companies are worth working with and which aren't based off their support and onboarding. When submitting chat support requests, it was as though everything I said was completely ignored, cherry-picked for keywords, then very elementary troubleshooting was suggested that was either completely unrelated or that I said I had already tried.

Especially in our line of work (property management) there is extreme urgency in completing some things quickly and more importantly, accurately. This is why we loved Process.St bc paper checklists get lost or absentmindedly checked off and can be inaccurate records of what has been completed. So when we run into a hiccup or have a question, and I have to wait an hour only to repeat my question in 5 different ways over the course of a work day, it is frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Make sure you understand your own processes and the roles of the people involved. Make use of the cool features like dynamic due dates!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accountability!

  ### 36. Great program for what it does.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It allows you to create foolproof checklists for all of your internal processes.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I wish there was a little more automation available.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When employees are not familiar with how to do something we can just assign them a checklist and they can run with the assignment.

  ### 37. Friggin Awesome.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cedrick O. | Senior Project Manager, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

- The simplicity. The interface is extremely simple to navigate which helps when introducing the platform to new team members.

- The fact that you're able to have everything that goes on in your company kept track of in one place. There's wonderful overview features to track each team member's progress at different steps, we're able to upload video tutorials, gif screen recordings, and screenshot tutorials, along with much more.

There's really no limit to how much of the internal workings of your business you can organize using Process Street. I find myself constantly digging deep into every little thing we do in our company and making sure that we have Process Street Templates and scheduled checklists to make sure we're doing everything right.

Sign up for Process Street.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

There's limited features with their Zapier integration - something that would really blow this out of the park, however I've been assured they're working on expanding the available features.

No hard limit on how much can go inside one template, but once you have hundreds of tasks and conditions you can experience extreme lag and crashes in the software.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

There are really no better alternatives. We've experimented with Asana, Trello, Sweetprocess, etc etc and nothing has even come near.

In a sense it's all of the above products under one (much prettier and more simple) roof.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty much everything inside of our business.

- Client Onboarding
- Team member onboarding
- Video Production workflow from A to Z
- Accounting
- Client check-ins and coaching calls

and so on

  ### 38. Stop dreaming and start driving!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clive B. | Head of Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Process Street is super customizable and robust, whilst being as simple or clever as you need it to be! Anyone around central coast CA is welcome to drop by for a demo to see how it's being used in all kinds of ways in the Mainline Autobody world 👍

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

Tough to fault it really... it's very well thought out.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Get on board 👍

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street has enabled us to centralize what needs to get done, together with how you can get it done - right there next to each other. It's way more than just a checklist - but like many things, you'll only get out what you put in.

  ### 39. Can't work without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam L. | Innovation Manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The ease of creating new process.st templates, assigning them to staff, and including informational material has revolutionized our business. The flexibility to communicate across the world has made us global overnight!

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The reporting / displays could be better, but they are already working on that and are very open to user input & feedback!

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

This is your last stop in finding the best process documentation / management out there. You'll be surprised how many of your users can easily and efficiently document their own processes after some basic tutorials / guides.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business was largely tribal knowledge or manual processes. We've been able to standardize recurring processes, schedule them and assign them, and work with teams to assign different deliverables that are dependent to different people. We've also been able to simplify extremely complex processes by using conditional logic and obtain visibility into business-critical processes.

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

It's so simple, and easy to learn. The process designer is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The Performance sometimes seems to be a bit poor. The UI should be optimized to Always Show real time Information.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

just try it - look into the full universum of videos and articles - you will love it.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

simple to complex processes with Involvement of external users as well.

  ### 41. Process Street as a BPM Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I am a BPM associate and our team members works from different places and in different shifts. Earlier we found it very difficult to be in track with their onboarding requirements and due to the lack of proper communication the onboarding time has been delayed and by using the checklist all of us are in same platform and understand the required documents. While as a team creating the workflows and SOP's for the process remains challenging earlier and there was a conflict of interest as all of us are not available on a single point. Now each and every team members were aligned in the same workflow and uniform procedures are followed which shows a great sigh of relief in the team efficiency. It helped us to organize all our business informations and forms at one place .

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I dont see any negativity but only one thing is that individual task cannot be assigned to various team members within the process.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While as a team creating the workflows and SOP's for the process remains challenging earlier and there was a conflict of interest as all of us are not available on a single point. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Easy to use. The information is presented OK. The colors are nice.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

The initials for the various team members are badly displayed - if you have a team with multiple team members who share the same initials it could become really confusing! Perhaps the first name is better displayed fully!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just the daily work checklist we have to complete!

  ### 43. Processes Definition And Management Made Easy

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

It's all good. I really like PS, I believe is a very helpful tool

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process Street is great to help our clients expand their businesses. PS is the tool we recommend our clients to use when they start defining their business' processes because it's very straightforward and easy to use

  ### 44. Real Pros Use Checklists

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle F. | Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

Customizable: I make my own headings, I can add comments, videos, links. Can set reminders (to remind myself, to remind other members of my team. Printable: I've printed the checklists off to show my boss the process I'm using. Shareable: can share with my Real Estate Sales customers where we are in the process and what they or I need to do.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

No complaints. All the features I needed they have added.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massively reduced errors. If you read "The Checklist Manifesto" you'll learn that real professionals use checklists. Boeing pilots have a checklist for EVERY POSSIBLE EMERGENCY. Landing gear goes out, there's a checklist for that. One engine goes out, there's a checklist for that.

  ### 45. The best program to help keep me awesome at my job!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Recreational Facilities and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I use Process Street differently than what it was intended for. When I was trying out several different programs, Process Street staff shared my screen and spent an hour on the phone with me trying to learn what it was I was using it for, and then helping me set it up to do exactly what I needed. Amazing customer service! Functionally, I also LOVE that I can update a template and I'm given the option to automatically apply that change to all of the checklists at once.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I wish there was an app! Aside from that, I have zero complaints. Please make an app soon!

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Please make an app!!!!!

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am responsible for hiring upwards of 150 people each year into seasonal positions. These employees fit within 4 different categories and each has its own onboarding process. I used to have to track each person's process manually with a crazy amount of spreadsheets. Now it all goes into Process Street, and at the end of the year, I can duplicate the templates and start all over without having to recreate everything.
No one falls through the cracks with this system and new employees are impressed with how organized I am, given the scale of the job. Supervisors are wowed by how thorough my process is.

  ### 46. Great Outreach Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I like the dynamic checklist options. I can pick stop points and required information so that nothing gets left behind in the set processes we build. I

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

I wish it was easier to archive a checklist. Right now it take a lot of searching to get to the archive and it would be great if you could do it from the main check list.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

If you have a lot of specific processes where you feel like you are juggling many steps and they tend to get lost, then this product will help ensure you stay on track and close out projects and processes.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to better solve the outreach tracking issue of keeping a lot of open connections moving and progressing at the same time. When keeping spreadsheets it's easy to lose track of where you are in the process with hundreds of leads in the line. With Process.st you can set dates and reminders to follow up or complete tasks on certain days. This makes following up much easier.

  ### 47. I love Process Street!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojtek E. | CTO, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

I like how complete it is. Everything I wished to have covered in such a product is already there. The UI is also intuitive and joyful to play with.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

In the beginning it was a bit complicated. I also found it difficult to understand a lot of features. This changed when I went deeply through the docs to understand as much as I could.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing company processes and monitoring their execution. We'll still figuring it out.

  ### 48. The way all software should work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Process Street?**

The folks are process street have created a program that works well. It is intuitive and includes lots of features. More than that the customer service is top tier. If I ask a question, I get a response usually within 30 minutes. Always before their self-imposed deadline of 24 hours. Not only that, they take suggestions and needs to heart. I have offered suggestions and seen it happen within a few weeks. They are constantly improving. I really love the program and people behind it. I have used a lot of programs and worked with a lot of software companies over 20 years owning a small business. Process St. ranks in the top 3 of companies I've worked used.

**What do you dislike about Process Street?**

There isn't the ability to add To Do Lists. Also, Printing a process on paper, while it can be done, is very paper intensive with no ability to edit.

**Recommendations to others considering Process Street:**

Training is key for adoption. It is easy for some to adopt and use, but others have a hard time getting it. It takes discipline to get all staff using.

**What problems is Process Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever we have a series of tasks that is repeated and/or requires multiple people. It is the perfect way to cross-train and have transparency in cyclical projects.
