The flow behind Procure to Pay and Invoice Management runs end to end in Procee, in one system: - Purchase requests with flexible approval routes (steps, approvers, conditions); approvers respond from email, mobile or the portal. - Purchase orders with real-time budget control: an order that exceeds the remaining budget line is blocked or flagged before the commitment is made. - A supplier portal where suppliers onboard themselves, upload invoices and delivery notes, match them to the purchase order and follow the status. - Invoice intake by upload, email or the supplier portal, AI-based OCR, 3-way matching against the order and the delivery, and export to accounting. - Payment batches that close the loop.
