Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:
I'd like to recommend procedureflow to anyone looking for a good process management platform. You can use it as training software for your new joiners and help them understand business processes quickly. As for the pricing, it is decently priced for the features it provides, hence there's not a big problem in the pocket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before procedureflow, we were relying on paper-based charts and visuals for our processes. But this was prone to human errors like losing papers. So we came across procedureflow, and decided to give it a try. Once we started using it, we first migrated all our existing paper-based procedures to the platform and filled it with our primary business process flows. After that, using procedureflow was a smooth experience, and a great benefit that we realized during the pandemic is that having a central repository platform of all our processes helped the business grow during the pandemic times. Moreover, we hired lots of interns during the pandemic, and we could easily train and employ them on projects because of the easy visual clues from the procedureflow platform.
