**What do you like best about ProCareerMentor?**

I enjoyed watching the lectures on microaggression, which were mandated for annual training by my company.  I didn't realize how much implicit biases, whether we are aware of them or not, can affect others.

**What do you dislike about ProCareerMentor?**

I disliked that parts of the microaggression lectures were a bit corny/patronizing.  I also disliked that I did not have a way to speed up the speech in the video for efficiency.

**What problems is ProCareerMentor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are helping avoid the effects of implicit biases on others in the work place.  We are helping to make our office an equitable, safe space.   That is very important!
