It has many activity features to let the parent know when their child has ate, played outside, been changed, the lessons and activities they're doing and MORE! The one thing I love most is that I have a link that allows parents to register there child and submit information all on one page prior to enrollment, this makes the process easier. Whenever I call to speak to customer service, someone is always there to ease any worries or answer any questions that I may have. This is a system I use daily to keep parents and staff involved! **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** In all honesty, I do not have any dislikes about Procare. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procare solves the adminsitrative work that has to be kept up with for state contracts. It allows easy access to track attendance as well as employee hours. In one system, I am able to assist myself, staff, and parents. ### 2. We do not use the Tuiton Express portion and we bill our families through the email billing piece of the free basic package. We opted out of using the Tution Express feature at this time, but will utilize that with growth of our program at a later date. ### 4. It enables the families to pay their invoices quickly and easily. We use pro care every single day at our site, and it's so easy to have both supervisors and our administrator all on the account and able to see everything. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** We're still trying to figure out some of the functions. We haven't used the messaging system quite yet, and we're also still trying to figure out some of the other account features for parents. It's also a little strange that parents cannot call customer service if there is a problem with their accounts. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been using checks and cash for the longest time, and sometimes things have gotten misplaced or lost in the process. Our school utilizes many aspects of the Procare platform. We have done away with paper registrations and now use Procare solely for our registration processDuring Covid, we began using features that we hadn't used before; such as the parent engagement app. Parents are able to sign in and out, with a gps feature. We are able to send photos with ease and communicate with parents through the app. We appreciate how easily the app syncs with our desktop version. We utilize the Procare platform each and every day. Customer support is always able to help with whatever issues come up. Sometimes it may take a while to get to the bottom of it, but they haven't let us down yet! **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** The enrollment/regsitration process seems to have some issues- or at least can if there is some sort of typo of a date (or a duplicate date). The state of MO uses that, and it has been a mess recently.
