It is clean and clear while giving you the basic information that you need to get started for the day. The various functions such as the reports give you a variety of ways to track the accounting and attendance in your program without getting bogged down by endless clicking to find the right form. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** An issue that I have with Procare is how subsidy payments are managed in the system. For example, if a child on subsidy leaves the program, their personal information that ties them to deposits is deleted and you have to go back and reenroll the child in the program to make the final deposits. Another issue that I have is the options for the newsletter function. It is very basic and does not allow for much creativity. It also does not have a strong print or email function as information and pictures get distorted when trying to print or email a newsletter. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this time, they strive to clear up any bugs in the system and give notice to users as soon as possible. We are able to track who is signing a child in and out, billing, attendance... basically everything we were required to do on paper before transitioning to the app. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** The only downside we have experienced is that the app relies on wifi- as most apps do. Our building does not have great cell service so if wifi goes out, we are back to pen and paper. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Procare, as administrator, I had to go classroom by classroom to ensure all proper documentation was being completed by staff. If staff needed to reach out to a parent, this was done on their personal phone. Now, I can easily monitor attendance, what is happening in a classroom, diapering, sleep schedules, meals AND parent communication all through the app. We utilize a business manager at a separate site for billing. With Procare, even though I do not input billing, I am still able to access parent records to see what has been paid, who owes money or help a parent who may have questions about their bill. ### 31. All of their people have been very helpful and patient. I also like that I feel heard when giving feedback. There have been several items that have been updated in their system. Although, I realize others could be giving the same feedback...they do listen and try to make the system more user friendly and make changes as each facility makes known items which will help them to operate with more ease. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** The only down side I have felt is the lack of having one-on-one support when first starting out. At times, I struggle with technology a bit and during one of the training sessions I was the only person in attendance and was allowed to ask questions throughout...it made me realize this was exactly what I needed. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are just beginning and are learning all of the guidelines required by the state for a daycare facility...it is overwhelming. Procare has helped to make this a lot easier and allows us to concentrate on the little people we serve, because the system keeps you very organized and gives our inspectors the information they need at a click of a button. ### 37. We like that children can be individually tagged so you can group them in various ways such as messaging. We also like how parents can view their child's day. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** The system does have some quarks. It seems to be slower than other programs we have used. Sometimes the system is down and parents are unable to sign in or receive messages/updates throughout the day. We would like to be able to use a laptop (desktop) to be able to use for a sign in kiosk. Some things we can do on the iPads are not accessible on the desktop and vice versa. One thing that is not working right now is signing incident reports. There seems to be a glitch in the system when we submit for a parent to sign and it will not go through after the parent has signed. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have fixed a few minor things on the app for ease of use. For example, we needed the app to allow is to choose whether a child has a soiled diaper and a dirty diaper- we needed an option for the diaper to be both soild and dirty. ### 38. We love the simplicity of the product, making it easy for not only teachers, but for parents as well. The mobile app allows communication in real time, and the online payment options allow families regular access to their account which cuts down on interactions surrounding accounts allowing us to spend more time having positive interactions about their child's day. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** Truthfully, our biggest drawback at this time, is the lack of option to upload lesson plans in a useful way. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** It cuts out the "middle man" of answering repetitive questions regarding payment amounts, charges on accounts, etc. Additionally, it allows the teachers to ask and receive answers from parents in real time. It takes the guesswork out of how the child's day started, when they may need to be fed, changed, or nap after drop off. ### 39. Who is the child's pick up? Does the child have allergies? Who picked up the child today? You can find all of these answers easily. Now I feel like its harder and harder to get answers to things and solution corrected. If there is an error for example I had parents charged twice one. I had no notification sent out about this. I cant see parents payment information and its not easy for them sometimes.
