"Simple and Easy To Use" 5/5 What do you like best about Procare Solutions? I like that this is a very easy program to use and learn. I like the fact teachers can communicate and send pictures throughout the day of my child and his activities. I use the program alot for paying my account off which takes about 2 seconds. The most useful features of ProCare are payment processing, children's attendance, and staff clock in/clock out. All of their people have been very helpful and patient. I also like that I feel heard when giving feedback. There have been several items that have been updated in their system. Although, I realize others could be giving the same feedback...they do listen and try to make the system more user friendly and make changes as each facility makes known items which will help them to operate with more ease. At times, I struggle with technology a bit and during one of the training sessions I was the only person in attendance and was allowed to ask questions throughout...it made me realize this was exactly what I needed. We are just beginning and are learning all of the guidelines required by the state for a daycare facility...it is overwhelming. It is a great way to connect school with the families. We like that children can be individually tagged so you can group them in various ways such as messaging. It seems to be slower than other programs we have used. Sometimes the system is down and parents are unable to sign in or receive messages/updates throughout the day. We would like to be able to use a laptop (desktop) to be able to use for a sign in kiosk. Some things we can do on the iPads are not accessible on the desktop and vice versa. One thing that is not working right now is signing incident reports. We use Procare Solutions on a daily basis to manage our facility and communicate with families. We love the simplicity of the product, making it easy for not only teachers, but for parents as well. The mobile app allows communication in real time, and the online payment options allow families regular access to their account which cuts down on interactions surrounding accounts allowing us to spend more time having positive interactions about their child's day.
