It’s made managing my daycare so much easier. The interface is super user-friendly, and I can easily keep track of attendance, communicate with parents, and organize all my records in one spot. One of the best features for me is the Parent Communication app. I can send updates, photos, and messages to parents throughout the day, which keeps them in the loop and reassured about their child’s day. The parents love it, and I can tell the kids enjoy seeing their progress reports too! Another huge time-saver is the billing and payment system. It automatically handles invoices and payments, so I don’t have to spend time on all that paperwork. That’s one less thing to worry about, and I can focus more on the kids. We are excited to make the switch to Procare after a recommendation from another program in the area. We take photos of the students for families and being able to upload more than 1 at a time is huge for our program. We also like the ease of messaging families, keeping track of tuition payments, possible new students, and being able to track attendance and print emergency cards is a huge time saver for us. I wish there was a way to set sign out/sign in sheets to just be sign out sheets - but I like having the option to use either digital sign out/ins or paper copies.
