Now I feel like its harder and harder to get answers to things and solution corrected. If there is an error for example I had parents charged twice one. I had no notification sent out about this. I cant see parents payment information and its not easy for them sometimes. So i need the card removed. use to not have any issues with this last time I went through 10 emails to get it fixed.
