Customer service is lacking **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tamara G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025 **What do you like best about Procare Solutions?** The app is user friendly and staff and parents use it easily **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** Now that we have issues with our parents getting declined payments (even though they are on auto pay), I cannot get anyone on the phone or even to respond to emails. They are not responding to my parents either. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us solve the problems of having enough reports to upload during the year, and parents are able to get their own tax info. ### 2. I rarely run into any issues. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** It is not intuitive. You need to know the program very well to move around in it. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting and scheduling ### 3. It's a pain to have to log back in multiple times a day. Procare is also not very parent-friendly. Parents in our program have had lots of trouble logging in, seeing their billing statements, etc. We ultimately decided to switch to Sandbox as it's simple to use for the company and the parent and does the same work more efficiently. Sandbox also provides an app and minimizes paperwork. **Recommendations to others considering Procare Solutions:** ProCare puts a lot of necessary information in one spot so it's easier to access childcare information and payment histories, however, it is not user or parent-friendly and takes a lot of training and digging to understand. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProCare is helping us keep a record of payments and child information.
