**What do you like best about ProBoards?**

We enjoy proboards, it’s easy and convenient to use. You can create any forum you want, anytime, anywhere for $0

**What do you dislike about ProBoards?**

I can not say that I dislike anything about proboards, there’s nothing about it to dislike.

**What problems is ProBoards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It didn’t really solve business problems other than when we need forums they’re easier to create/access on proboards versus go to a staples or office supply store

**What do you like best about ProBoards?**

Initially using it to facilitate discussions with tax clients that are not local (I have moved a lot making it difficult to develop a client base) was extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about ProBoards?**

It has been going down hill similar to a snowball and the effort to curb the decline in effectiveness has been less than awe inspiring which has me  shopping other options that are more progressive.

**Recommendations to others considering ProBoards:**

It is becoming a  bit behind in technology and needs an overhaul-type update. Its good if your needs are basic.

**What problems is ProBoards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to maintain a client-in-the-office type of relationship with even the most distant clients.
