**What do you like best about Problem Solver?**

I like the customization ability.  We could make it match our current 8D/Problem solving format. 

**What do you dislike about Problem Solver?**

There are way too many steps to get projects kicked off, and it's incompatible with IE.  

**Recommendations to others considering Problem Solver:**

Make sure you think of all of the processes before launch.  it is a difficult transition for most. 

**What problems is Problem Solver solving and how is that benefiting you?**
