All of our data is backed up. Restoring for the most part works pretty well. But mainly, I can sleep at night knowing that if someone breaks something horribly we can restore it, or if we need to access old data for an investigation, we'll be able to easily get it. We looked at a number of other providers that did similar, pro backup's pricing, features and support beat them all hands down. **What do you dislike about ProBackup?** It may seem counterintuitive, but I appreciate that restores are put on fresh/new lists. It allows us to be intentional when restoring and merging so that all of the i's are dotted and t's are crossed without risking an all-or-nothing complex nightmare. **What problems is ProBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProBackup ensures that we won't lose our working data should there be a catastrophe with our Clickup instance. ### 2. I really appreciate being able to see the individual records, so that even when airtable is down I have a way to access critical data quickly. **What do you dislike about ProBackup?** No issues so far! It has been reliable and easy to use, I think the most annoying part was trying to determine how many GB I needed for our plan since that isn't a data point I can see in airtable. **What problems is ProBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides an easy and hands off way to backup our airtable data in case there is an airtable outage ### 3. Since we use it exclusively for Asana backups, I can only speak to that particular feature. **What problems is ProBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage a small team, and we depend on Asana to keep track of important upcoming tasks. Since many of these tasks are time-sensitive, probackup gives us peace of mind. Asana wouldn't help me since I didn't have the paid account at the time, they just ignored my messages. Since then I've used ProBackup to make sure there's no issues even if I am in the same situation again. I have tested ProBackup by deleting important files, and I'm always able to get them back easily. Setting up was very easy. **What do you dislike about ProBackup?** I have no complaints so far - you get what you pay for, it's a decent price for the amount of value I'm getting out of it. **What problems is ProBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I was worried I'd lose all my Asana data, but now I'm not.
