I don’t dislike it, but we saw firsthand that when implementing it in a non-standard scenario, it’s important to map out the processes upfront rather than simply creating a setup. It integrates with our CRM to provide cross-system visibility, which helps keep Sales and Service connected and aligned. Having forms, an asset database, and work management all within one platform also makes it straightforward to maintain a complete trail for a single item or customer. The flexibility to create forms that are bespoke to your organisation, or to recreate a form you may already have been using in paper format, is a real strength. So far, so good in terms of the forms and the portal. That said, the digital forms don’t eliminate all the issues you may have experienced with hard paper copies.
