I have registered online and was contacted by a salesperson. I selected articles myself and confirmed a budget with management. Since the salesperson was writing again and again, I have sent her the approved list and got her answer that we have to add a 20% payment fee on top for payment transaction costs and that I will get this information later. EU reglaments clearly define that clients must see a final price. However after the budget was confirmed we were request to pay additional 20% payment fee on top.
