For me the good things that can be said about prizmdoc HTML5 viewer are:

Ability to be an extension in your google chrome

Being able to view long documents without downloading it, obviously you need a good internet

Ability to convert files online, this is very good because later you can share the converted file

Great number of features

I could say that all my experience with this product has been satisfactory but not, and I have to be a critic in this review. Its use and setup is not so easy, and the truth that its user management interface is not entirely clear, since you log in to the prizmdoc page, you wonder where you can get the rest API to use the viewer in your apps. PrizmDoc Viewer has the attractive option to completely change the style of the user interface. It allows you to easily convert Word documents to PDF, JPG or PNG formats. It makes it possible to quickly create and add a signature to the document, size it and place it wherever it is required. The best thing about this ECM software is that you can deploy it at the convenience of your work environment, and it can be deployed as a cloud-hosted application or as a self-hosted application. This has its advantage over other programs, since it is not entirely necessary to install a data package or some desktop software to make it work. On the other hand, its ability to display documents is very good, with high speed and in a wide range of formats (docs of microsoft office suite, pdf, dicom, svg, jpg, etc). The downside is that for people with small businesses they don't have an option to test the software for free before contacting the accusoft sales team. A test of at least 7 days with without transaction limit is necessary to see what the software is capable and to see if it really performs as it is and if it can offer a good service. I would recommend ir because i love the idea. I identify PrizmDoc Viewer as part of a creative platform which offers a wide range of solutions to document creation and management. I found PrizmDoc Viewer very useful and easy to use. There are many options to customize settings. I had no problems converting large documents, the viewer supports them. Other positive aspect is that PrizmSoc Viewer is available for various operating systems what facilitates collaborative work. I think what I liked the least about PrizmDoc Viewer are the installation and setup process. I believe, this steps can be discouraging. I have a hard time when I tried to integrate the viewer into my web application until I found some help in the guide. In this sense, if you are not familiar with code lines, it can be even harder. PrizmDoc is easy to use and has a lot of Document Management features. This SaaS is compatible with many other softwares thanks to API Integration. I can also manage documents, view and convert files quickly and easily, with high-quality standards. The convert files feature allows you to convert docs to formats such as .svg, .png, .jpeg, .pdf allowing you to have a range of formatting options according to the needs you may have at any given time. The feature of automating the redaction process allows to remove securely sensitive data from documents, this is done by configuring a particular regex that meets to the syntax of the data that you want to delete or obfuscate, without a doubt it is something that has been of great help to automate in large-scale. Because in the mobile version does not allow printing documents I have not been able to fully work from my mobile device which is a shame as it could be a great way to increase the productivity of users by being able to work wherever they are only having a smartphone. I think that although it is a software that gives a lot of value to my work and makes my job much easier, I dislike the fact that its interface and configuration are so complex for inexperienced users, even the installation process is quite complex. One of the things I like most about this tool is the speed with which it works when dealing with heavy documents, if I need efficiency PrizmDoc is always timely. It's multitasking also, since I can edit my documents right there to convert them into another type of format, with the variety it offers I feel there are no limits and it can convert any type, it's easy to do, it didn't take me long to learn how to use it, it's dynamic, it's practical.
