The feature of automating the redaction process allows to remove securely sensitive data from documents, this is done by configuring a particular regex that meets to the syntax of the data that you want to delete or obfuscate, without a doubt it is something that has been of great help to automate in large-scale. **What do you dislike about PrizmDoc?** Because in the mobile version does not allow printing documents I have not been able to fully work from my mobile device which is a shame as it could be a great way to increase the productivity of users by being able to work wherever they are only having a smartphone. Apart from that we have not had any drawback of its functions which shows the great stability and maturity of the software. **Recommendations to others considering PrizmDoc:** There are a variety of similar software with different options and price range that best suit small businesses or big companies, a software in between would be PandaDoc, which has a decent variety of feature at a good cost. It should be noted that it does not offer Offline access or document indexing which if PrizmDoc has available and that it does a great different in document processing and access to them at any time. **What problems is PrizmDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** A better integration with our infrastructure since we opt for the option to host the app in the cloud which has made this integration process fast and that does not generate problems with the internal network infrastructure of our company, in turn has allowed us to save money by not having to have storage devices as servers to have all the documents saved since that is taken care of by the cloud. ### 2.
