Wow, was I wrong! Privy has a plethora of options for follow up emails, newsletters, and abandoned carts. My newsletter subscriptions have gone from 8 to 100 in less than a month. Being a new store, gathering emails is key! However, this can be avoided by saving an email that you designed as a template. **What problems is Privy solving and how is that benefiting you?** acquiring new customers once they are on my site is easier now that I can use a pop up showing that new sign-ups can receive a discount on their first purchase. Also, after their first purchase I could send an email sequence showing them how to use my product as well as following up weeks later for a restock email sequence. ### 13.
