What do you like best about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

As a DPO, the fact that I get an entire structure to run my compliance and keep it updated with a standardized approach for all of our companies is amazing. Also The possibility to create all types of users with tailored access to all sections helps me immensely to bring to the compliance process all stakeholders. What problems is PrivIQ Data Privacy Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Among several aspects, It's allowed me to keep all aspects of my compliance work as a DPO up to date and helped me manage tasks given out to other data privacy team members. Keeping all information in one place. It's also allowing me to reach out to all of the company's employees by providing them with training materials and getting evidence for future audits. "Perfect support for a complex and high responsibility job"

What do you like best about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

Ensuring compliance with data Protection laws within organisations is challenging, complex and sometimes frightening when one considers the breadth of scope it demands.

I suppose my favourite aspect of PrivIQ is how it simplifies this complexity by laying out very clearly all the items one has to go through, as a DPO, to go from compliance assessment to compliance sustenance including the facilitation of everyday responsibilities like managing DSARs or performing DPIAs.

I would also add that it has been very positive to also see that it is always evolving and that client needs are listened to. Just recently the implementation of the Power User functionality which allows us to configure users with to our exact needs is a perfect example of this reactivity. What do you dislike about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

I think right now, given the Schrems II decision I feel the need to have some help with Transfer Impact Assessments. I believe this is on their development roadmap so hopefully available soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PrivIQ Data Privacy Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned before the greatest value I found in PrivIQ was how it provides structure for what is a complex job. What problems is PrivIQ Data Privacy Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest challenges we faced while expanding our business to the EU was meeting GDPR compliances. We did not want to be in any conflict with the EU law so we looked for many different solutions to meet GDPR compliance. GDPR365 was a good start for us to get started on those compliance issues. "A Great Data Privacy Compliance tool"

What do you like best about PrivIQ Data Privacy Management?

PriviQ is super easy to use and understand. I have been interacting with the tool for about 2 weeks now and so far I am easily able to navigate around all its functionalities with relative ease and I can easily explain its value to others. I also like that you can track the progress of your compliance at any one point. The customer service is also amazing, very responsive to both new and existing customers. There is a new law that has come into place in Kenya (Kenya Data Protection Act 2019) , which has mandated organisations that process and handle personal data to be compliant with the law and register with relevant bodies.
