The Privacy Impact Assessment module is very comprehensive and is a great addition to any privacy professional's arsenal of tools to comply with not only external regulations, but also to help the internal team understand and manage risks associated with data processing effectively.

I’ve been in the privacy space for years and have used my fair share of governance and compliance tools—most of them either overly complex or ridiculously expensive. PrivIQ has been a refreshing change.

What stood out right away was how simple the platform is to set up. Onboarding took a fraction of the time I’ve experienced with other solutions, I was up and running quickly without the usual heavy lift or weeks of training. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes it much easier to get buy-in from colleagues outside of privacy/legal.

Cost-wise, it’s much more reasonable compared to the big players, which makes it a strong option for organizations that want enterprise-level functionality without the enterprise price tag.

The AI features are another big plus. They don’t feel bolted on—rather, they help speed up tasks like assessments and reporting, cutting out repetitive work.
