Everything that is needed to fulfill GDPR compliance. Detailed data processor management with review cycles etc. We use the activities log, so at the the end of the year, we got a comprehensive report of all the things that happened within the year. The filters are easy to use and make finding a specific ROPA or answering questions a breeze. The task management allowed me to assign tasks into the organization, so I do not have to do everything. The best was the onboarding, which is included. All of the documentation was transferred into the DPMS by the Raptor Compliance Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Priverion Platform? The pricing is dependent on which server option you choose. It is around 20% more expensive to use their non-US provider clouds(one from Swisscom in Switzerland and lonos in Germany ). They currently do not offer a data protection training module for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Priverion Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? The whole data protection management and compliance monitoring can be done in the DPMS. It is really good if you have a lot of information that needs to be kept up to date and you want to create reporting on the fly. We were able to identify the riskiest processes and stakeholders and negotiate new safeguard with our suppliers. Ultimately reducing our risk, which was reflected in the risk report for management.
