At the risk of sounding cliché, I do not have a single thing I dislike about Privado at the moment. The asks that I’ve had they have already addressed and have plans to make the enhancements I was hoping to see. What I like most is the web and app scanning for cookies, pixels, tags, and SDKs. Privado continuously scans live sites and apps, simulates user interactions, and checks whether consent banners and CMP configurations actually block or fire trackers correctly under each choice (accept, reject, custom, etc.) across jurisdictions. In practice, that gives you third-party assurance outside your CMP vendor: it lets you verify that what your CMP claims to be doing is actually happening in the wild, and it surfaces misconfigurations or rogue tags you’d otherwise miss.

One of the biggest positives has been the onboarding process. The Privado team was hands-on at every step of integration, walking through setup, helping interpret findings, and making sure scans were configured correctly. That made integration feel straightforward rather than like a heavy lift.

Even post-implementation, they’ve stayed actively involved: responsive support, willingness to jump on calls, and real help troubleshooting issues or explaining why a particular tag or flow is being flagged. The Main challenge that we faced while working with Privado was connecting our programming language with the software's dashboard for the scan codings. We failed almost 8-9 times before it got fully connected and functional and ready for scanning. Their support team was unable to help us as they didn't have much clue about the problems that we were facing during the integration even after we explained the details so many times.
