What do you like best about PrivacyEngine?

I am a privacy specialist with more than two decades of working in this space. It can get very confusing with all the new laws coming down the line and not many people in my workplace would know more than me about this area so using the platform and using their support functionality to bounce ideas around has proven invaluable over the last year. What do you dislike about PrivacyEngine?

It is a very large platform with a lot of functionality so it takes a while to learn. However, the more you use it the easier it becomes and I have reached out a few time to the team for support and they have always fixed the problem immediately. The team are very well versed in the workings of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PrivacyEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using PrivacyEngine for their policies - the platform has a policy template for practically everything and they are well written and you can tell that someone has taken the time to read and correct them and they are not ChatGPT automatically generated documents.

I also use the RoPA functionality as in my organisation there is a huge amount of processing of CVs and personal data and we need to store these for various durations. keeping a RoPA on the platform simplifies this whole issue for me especially around version control and understanding where the personal data is currently stored and secured. it is a huge load off.

I also use the platform to conduct and store all my data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) this is for a clear audit trail of I ever need it. Again having everything up to date and knowing it is the latest version is invaluable to me. I also like PRivacyPulse as it cuts out all the fluff when keeping up to date with privacy regualtions worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PrivacyEngine?
