**What do you like best about Privacy Plus?**

The dashboard of Privacy Plus is easy to use making it easy to work on compliance activities.  It helps me to find the necessary data subject requests quickly and work with them without difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Privacy Plus?**

Some of them have taken days before the data can be completely deleted which is contrary to the required time frame that is set by various regulations such as GDPR. This delay causes a lot of discomfort especially when handling customers data which is quite sensitive.

**What problems is Privacy Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Privacy Plus has a clean and modern look and feel, and the available templates make for a quick and easy solution. The slow pace of data deletion is one disadvantage this could expose you to non- compliance and loss of customers’ confidence.
