**What do you like best about Privacy Hub by Wrangu?**

Continuous product improvement and custom solutions where needed

**What do you dislike about Privacy Hub by Wrangu?**

Would appreciate improvements in large implementations for example: better quality implementation document, better sense check of OOB fields in the tool and discuss with client if they can be switched off/ deactivated if not used, thinking of the end user experience when proposing solutions.

**What problems is Privacy Hub by Wrangu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the main tool used for data protection activities in the Group. Main benefits include one tool for almost all key activities  performed by certain groups of people, good reporting capabilities, user friendly interface and set ups
