I've recently started with Prisync, and they've been very accomodating to all our business needs. The software is relatively easy to navigate. When I was vetting multiple companies in this industry, Prisync is one of the few with software that can self-service. For me, I appreciated that I don't like having to rely on others for small things (I don't like waiting), and in eCommerce, an industry that moves quickly you need to respond just as quick. If you don't specify/limit the results, the competitor's data can be pretty broad and a lot to sort through, and some of the pricing results may not corrispond with your items.
