Pulling together competitor data for about 1,000 products was very time-consuming. But that said, Prisync does offer a service where they'll do this for you. It costs extra, but I think on reflection we should have used that service. In terms of Prisync itself, it's pretty easy to use, but if you get stuck the support staff is extremely responsive and helpful.
