**What do you like best about Prisync?**

The fact it brings us up-to-date competitor pricing. It';s very useful to ensure that we are competitive.

**What do you dislike about Prisync?**

There are certain sites that it struggles to scrape, some don't work at all, and others are very hit-and-miss, but then we have loads of competitors that have strange e-commerce platforms, it seems.

**What problems is Prisync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to know what our competitors are charging for the same products.

**What do you like best about Prisync?**

Lots of automation. Runs reports very frequently - up to twice a day!

**What do you dislike about Prisync?**

Not very user friendly. Too much automation! I'm no longer using it, and I'm still being bombarded with tons of email notifications..

**What problems is Prisync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to control MAP across all dealer channels...

The website interface is easy to navigate, key insights are available at a glance. They're not overcomplicating something that doesn't need to be complicated.

Uploading product can be a bit of a pain but the account managers are always happy to help.

**What do you like best about Prisync?**

We've been using Prisync for about 3 years and they've been brilliant to deal with the whole way through. Their support is faultless and the platform itself is very intuitive to use and maintain.

**What do you dislike about Prisync?**

Prisync struggles to pull pricing from some of our competitors and occasionally incorrect prices are shown. For the most part Prisync will quickly fix these types of issues.

**What problems is Prisync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With every one of our competitors scraping our website for pricing, we needed a cost-effective solution that also enabled us to check their pricing and stay competitive in the market.
