What do you like best about Prismm?

I like that I have the option to either create a floor plan for an event based on a venue that is already in the system or to complete create one from scratch. I also like that you can save templates so if it's a layout you use all the time it's easy to generate a basic layout so that you can just tweak it as needed. What do you dislike about Prismm?

I dislike how you can only have one person working in an event at a time. I also dislike that you have to log in multiple times because it kicks you out if you've been idle for more than like 15 minutes. I wish it would stay logged in longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Prismm:

I would definitely recommend AllSeated to anyone who works in events. It makes life so much easier to be able to have physical layouts and seating plans for who ever is working that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismm solving and how is that benefiting you?

AllSeated is essential in event planning. I've used it many times for all the weddings we planned and created different layouts for the ceremony and the reception. We would assign guests to the tables and make notes of specialty meals, babies, high chairs that were needed, etc. ahead of time so that the day of the event the staff would have all the information they needed to set up the event correctly. What do you like best about Prismm?

I love that I can use all seated for free. I love that venues can (and often do) upload template layouts that I can easily access and design to scale. I love the thousands of different table, chair, furniture, etc. options available to create layouts. And I love that it’s all online, easy to share, and that I can easily download PDFs. What do you dislike about Prismm?

Sometimes I feel overwhelmed searching for a simple 5’ round table. There are SO MANY options to choose from. I would suggest better categorizing/subcategorizing so users don’t have to scroll through hundreds of options for each search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prismm?

I love that every client can take our template or samples and create their own vision. Everyone can see what is happening and we can all make suggestions depending on the event. Clients can really take control of their wedding or event and make it unique. I think any client wants the control with the guidance to create and make it their own. With everyone being able to see the edits, this creates a really transparent process. We can keep an open communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismm?

The only thing I dislike is that I feel that sometimes the floorplan is a little off scale. I am not sure what causes this whether it be the actual floorplan or the table sizes. However, I don't think that this really deters the actual process. There are a few times were clients want to start from scratch, but we do not allow this. Simply put, we know what works best in different circumstances and want to keep that control aspect of the planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allowing clients to create their own floorplan. In the past, we had just hand sketched drawings that couldn't be easily accessible, sent or edited. With this program, all of those issues are fixed. What do you like best about Prismm?

This platform is user friendly! Their customer support rocks and they really are trying to understand the Event world and hit event planner needs. They are customizable and seem really fun and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismm?

There are some upcharges that are a bit hidden at first. If you want to customize furniture, that costs extra. If you didn’t alreay budget for that you would be surprised at that additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
