"Easy to use every day"
What do you like best about Prismic?

It's clean, easy and it rarely crashes out without a recent save, which puts it a lot further ahead than pretty much everything else we use in the job! Some nice user-friendly tools make building and updating pages fairly straightforward (easy to train new recruits on too). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

Some tools and blocks have a few small frustrations, but this is down to the very specific way we need to use it. A working preview button would make such a difference. Would also love to have basic reporting integrated somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Developer Experience and Great User Experience"
What do you like best about Prismic?

I love how it's easy to use, for developers, as it's super easy to implement and for end users as it's easy to content managers to change content on the fly on their websites, it's absurd, can hold a lot of media formats and has numerous features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prismic is an amazing content management platform"
What do you like best about Prismic?

The ability to categorize the docs, have multi role logins, easy to use editing features. Along with this, it is very easy to implement and integrate in the system. The customer support is also very responsive. We use prismic frequently and it has never had any downtime for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just a small point that there could be other ways to make payments apart from credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for beginners and developers wanting room to grow"
What do you like best about Prismic?

I first came across Prismic when a developer used it on a website project for me. As someone who isn’t a professional developer, I really appreciate how easy it is to update content without touching much code. The interface is straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with different frameworks like Astro, making it simple to adapt to any setup. I’m now using Prismic on a personal project, and it’s been incredibly straightforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

There’s a bit of a learning curve if you want to dive into more advanced features, especially if you’re completely new to web development. Some parts of the documentation could be a little clearer for beginners, but overall, it’s still probably the most approachable headless CMS solutions I’ve tried. "Prismic - A modern, easy to use CMS"
What do you like best about Prismic?

One of Prismic's greatest strengths is its usability. The interface is clean, intuitive, and built for simple content management. Setting up custom content types is straightforward, and the slice-based system offers a modular, reusable method of content organization. This is especially useful when combined with Next.js, as Prismic handles dynamic components well.

The other major benefit is the visual editor. Unlike most headless CMS solutions, Prismic offers an easy-to-use interface that allows both developers and non-technical people to create and manage content easily without needing to navigate complicated configurations. The media library is similarly well structured, and the real-time preview of changes is an excellent productivity enhancer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

The usability that makes Prismic so accessible also has its downsides. While its slice-based architecture is great for flexibility, it occasionally can be a bit restrictive when trying to implement very customized content structures. Compared to more mature CMS platforms, Prismic sometimes lacks as much deeper customization to offer, especially when dealing with complex relationships between content types.

In addition, although the free one is helpful when working on small projects, the price keeps escalating immediately once you add extra users or functions, which might not be palatable to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prismic: A Reliable and Flexible CMS for Those with Technical Know-How"
What do you like best about Prismic?

What we like best about Prismic is how robust it is. Even after years of use and with some outdated, even deprecated dependencies, sites still run mostly smooth and meets majority of needs. It’s reliable, solid, and has definitely stood the test of time. Content management by non-techies is a breeze and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

The legacy Slice Builder we used to build our site has been replaced with the Slice Machine, which has limited our ability to create new slices (pre-designed, reusable content sections) and caused issues with some existing ones. Additionally, while content management is straightforward, administering and maintaining a Prismic site requires more technical expertise compared to some other CMS options. "Easy to use with practice"
What do you like best about Prismic?

Prismic helps my company post a variety of content on our website in several ways. It's helpful for unifying independent work into a cohesive and organized web format. It took a little bit of time to learn, but with practice it's easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

I wish I could schedule blog posts ahead of time - I can give them a specific publish date, but they always post right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
