Sometimes I'm missing information about myself in the software and I don't understand why. For example, right now I'm not seeing any recent pay statements, even though I'm getting paid every 2 weeks as scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is the absolute best part of this tool. It makes it simple to view what you need to view as an employee. I've absolutely loved being able to have a single source of truth for all my HR needs. As an employee who uses this and can pull information easily from it I've been delighted with the functionality. The look and the feel of the product is very dated and doesn't feel super slick. At times I wish it had a more modern feel to the product even with just the way the bars are set up however at the end of the day the tool performs exactly how I need it to. I'm not going to say in any way shape or form that this product doesn't meet the requirements of to which it has been designed however it's simply the tool that fit what we needed at the time and that's not going to change for us anytime soon.
