What truly resonates with developers like myself is Prismatic's versatility. It caters to diverse skill sets, offering both low-code and code-native building experiences. This flexibility empowers us to tailor our approach to integration projects based on our team's expertise and project requirements, fostering a sense of autonomy and creativity in our development endeavors.

But Prismatic doesn't just stop at deployment – it's built with developers in mind throughout the entire integration lifecycle. Its robust support and maintenance tools ensure smooth operation at scale, sparing us the headache of troubleshooting and debugging in production environments.

What do you like best about Prismatic?

We have evaluated a few Embeded Integration Platforms and found Prismatic to be very straight forward to use and easy to code for. The team has a wealth of knowledge and made it easy to support what we were aiming for. The documentation is extensive and covers many use cases, giving step by step instructions or general solutions to comon integration problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Integration platform for all!!"

What do you like best about Prismatic?

The Prismatic team has been SO helpful in getting us set up and answering any of our questions. When we find something missing, they address it quickly and give us updates on the fix. The product is allowing us to create an integration hub for our customers, which is very necessary! We evaluated multiple iPaas vendors, and Prismatic was hands down the best solution with the most robust offering and the kindest and most helpful people! I've enjoyed learning how to use the platform and also getting to know the team behind it! I highly recommend going with Prismatic. With this tool, we'll be able to add integrations much faster than in the past. With the integration builder, we can also leverage a technical non-programmer to build out the integrations without hiring more engineers! These are all huge wins for us as a company.

UPDATE 2024: Since using this platform for a few years I can still say it's amazing! The recent release of code native has also elevated our ability to craft exactly the integrations we want and was very exciting for our engineers. The integrations our team builds can be very complex, which code native allows us to build to. Using the basic component based integrations are also great for the quick and simple integrations!

The value to me as an administrator and also for our support team has been incredible. They get visiblity into each one of our clients instances and can help track down and troubleshoot bugs before we even need to involve our engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

We've been using Prismatic for a few years now and my dislikes are typically little UI bugs. The amazing part is that when we provide the feedback, they recognize and address the issues and fix them quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prismatic offers a lot of out of the box connectors. It's very easy to use, and there is a ton of documentation if you get stuck. Their customer team is amazing and very responsive. Although it's great that there is a code-native version to go along with the UI version, there is a lot more you can do with the code-native version. You made a good note that there are times you may need to rope in a developer. We aim to enable both developers and non-developers to do as much as possible across the whole integration lifecycle AND ensure you have the flexibility to build any integration you need.

Many of our users need to connect to niche or vertical-specific systems that their customers use (many that no iPaaS has a connector for). To accommodate varying skillsets, we offer two options for connecting to systems that don’t have an out-of-the-box connector: First is our HTTP connector, which lets low-code users connect to any HTTP-based API in the UI without needing to involve a developer. (I’ve added a link to docs for our HTTP connector below.) And of course, as you mentioned, our custom connector SDK lets developers build robust connectors to *any* application. This lets you rope in your developers for the bit of work where they can have a huge impact and then get them back to other projects while low-code users build out the rest of the integration.
