Prismatic has proven itself as a powerful integration platform that exceeds our previous one in flexibility and reliability.

We have dozens of custom integrations running every day pulling from a variety of data sources. I'm a big fan of the configuration wizard's flexibility for setting up templates that can be deployed as custom instances. That's allowed us to turn over simpler integrations to our wider team and focus on more complex and customized projects. That's been great without even getting into Prismatic's publishing functions for client or external use.

Creating (and having control over) a custom component for our internal endpoints is a great time-saver as well.

The team at Prismatic impressed us with the on-boarding process, the speed of responses to any questions, and overall support. They've gone above and beyond with issues that ended up originating outside of the Prismatic platform, like Salesforce app configurations. With great power does come a steeper learning curve. Our core users with basic programming logic knowledge fair well and Prismatic is always available to help us learn. Some of our tech-savvy but infrequent users have had more trouble learning compared to other tools for simple automations like emails and notifications.

It definitely helps to have some scripting experience to configure some integrations and troubleshooting can be cumbersome at time, but I think these have been fairly minor issues for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Prismatic is how easy it make everything! The drag and drop feature is really helpful for our customers, as they can quickly set up their own unique workflows. They can connect easily to third-party services without us worrying about managing their sensitive info or credentials (Which I think is great for security and privacy).

It's also pretty simple to deploy a workflow. Just place a Webhook trigger, add an API key, and... done. Another nice part is that deployment is fully managed by Prismatic, and we don't need to worry about most of the things as it's all handled on their end.

The only downside I would say is that the execution time is limited to 15 minutes. It would be great if it could run longer because that would open up new possibilities for different kinds of processes.
