"Great Tool for Integrations"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Prismatic offers a lot of out of the box connectors. It's very easy to use, and there is a ton of documentation if you get stuck. Their customer team is amazing and very responsive. They help with troubleshooting, best practices, and pump out feature requests pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

Although it's great that there is a code-native version to go along with the UI version, there is a lot more you can do with the code-native version. For someone who may not be a developer, you may have to tap into a developer to build out certain components that don't exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic is helping us rapidly deploy integrations to our customers in our embedded marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. Glad you’re finding the platform easy to use and delivering integrations faster!

You made a good note that there are times you may need to rope in a developer. We aim to enable both developers and non-developers to do as much as possible across the whole integration lifecycle AND ensure you have the flexibility to build any integration you need.

Many of our users need to connect to niche or vertical-specific systems that their customers use (many that no iPaaS has a connector for). To accommodate varying skillsets, we offer two options for connecting to systems that don’t have an out-of-the-box connector: First is our HTTP connector, which lets low-code users connect to any HTTP-based API in the UI without needing to involve a developer. (I’ve added a link to docs for our HTTP connector below.) And of course, as you mentioned, our custom connector SDK lets developers build robust connectors to \*any\* application. This lets you rope in your developers for the bit of work where they can have a huge impact and then get them back to other projects while low-code users build out the rest of the integration.

"Simply, flexible, and powerful."

5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Prismatic's integration platform has seriously upped our game from previous integration solutions like Zapier. The system is laid out in a clear and concise manner, but has a lot of really cool features and flexibility (like sharing endpoints between all users or making them super granular with per-user per-flow URLs), an extensive library of pre-built logic for various SaaS services, the ability to deploy integrations at both an account and individual level, management triggers for handling integration deployment logic, pre-processing logic to route calls to specific users/flows, and the ability to do all of this from either a slick UI designer or my favorite IDE. Our customers really love the integration marketplace that they provide as well. It makes it really easy for them to deploy integrations themselves.

The Prismatic platform has really helped us shift from the drudge of continuous polling and dirty-checking values to a clean event-driven architecture with logging and alerts setup from the onset. This has given us wins of quick implementation, realtime integration updates, and improved logging. This makes it a joy to use every day.

The best part about Prismatic isn't actually their software though, it's their service. The employees we've dealt with have all had extremely thorough responses to our questions and input and have used that feedback to implement new features on multiple occasions. They have, by far, the most responsive customer support I've ever dealt with from an online service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

I'd love to see a bit more robust versioning system down the line with the ability to denote production vs development versions. I'd also like to see the ability to run certain processes locally and/or a turn-key tunneling feature to route requests to localhost development versions of APIs as we build them out. This would let us avoid having to deal with port-forwarding, especially for employees working from coffee shops, hotels, or other locations where firewall rules aren't available to them. Perhaps a new component for Ngrok or similar service could solve this, admittedly somewhat niche, use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic has let us stop focusing on building systems to run data integrations with our partners and focus on what's essential: the integration logic itself. We're completely revamping our system to an intelligent event-driven platform and able to quickly go from integration conception to reality with a combination of their custom component library and integration designer. The Integration Marketplace also removes the user-facing configuration responsibilities out of our app and replaces it with a turn-key solution, which is awesome. No more writing a UI to configure the integrations after they're done. It just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionised the way I write and deploy integrations between our products and third party products"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Ease of use for both non-devs and devs through a well designed flow interface.

Vast amount of ready to use components along with the ability to create your own custom components if required.

The speed that an integration can go from concept to implementation.

The support received from the Prismatic team is second to none.

The ability for customers to easily provision and configure their own integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

Writing integrations has become adictive using Prismatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic is provides us with a wealth of solutions to everyday problems we encounter in the integrations world, primararily this revolves around the seamless integration not only between our own suite of products but also thrid party platforms.

This gives us the capability to execute at pace new integrations that would typically have taken months where now these are realised in weeks or even days. The control over our integrations through the low-code integration builder makes this possible for not only our in house developers but also our professional services people.

Having this agility means that we can cater for a dynamic market and adapt quickly to keep our integrations riding high on the technology curve.

Additionally, Prismatic's flexibility has enabled us to quickly realize and implement integrations into our own marketplace, which offers our customers the ability to provision their own integrations (that we have published) according to their own needs. This self-serve ability means that customer satisfaction is enhanced and also frees up our internal teams from the burden of implementing an integration for a customer.

Another significant benefit we've discovered is our ability to rapidly prototype and present proofs of concept to key stakeholders. This maintains the momentum in decision-making and shortens the time to delivery to levels previously unattainable without Prismatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A lifesaver for bringing integration configurations to our customers"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Our team was constantly under the gun regarding changing customer integrations based on their workflow changes and needs. Prismatic provided a platform we could embed into our native product for customers to start configuring their own integrations. We've gotten so much positive feedback from our customers and CS folks that the configuration forms in Prismatic are easy to use (and we work with many pretty tech-illiterate customers). Finally, our developers can start handing over the keys to our CS team to help guide customers through integration setups and focus on new integration builds and feature work.

The Prismatic team is the icing on the cake! They created an embedded Slack thread with our teams so that when our devs run into trouble, they can reach out directly in Slack and get a response within the next 24 hours (oftentimes as quickly as just a few minutes). They have helped us implement it in record time!

Our team is in Prismatic every day, building out new workflows and integrations, and I see it becoming a large part of our future growth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

It's all good things! The only thing I can think of is that we do have quite a few configuration needs when it comes to integration setup forms, and we do hit a few limitations, but it's far better than any tool we've used in the past, so I can't complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic allows our customers to start setting up their own integrations, which saves us a tremendous amount of time from having to hand-hold them through the process. We can standardize most of the workflow with a few workflow "forks" based on where our customers encounter the need for configuration. This frees up our devs for FAR more important work like building out new integrations and features to support our GTM efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made complex workflows easy to implement"

4/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

There are lots of good features of Prismatic like easy to integrate, easy to use, workflows can be created very easily, transformation of data, connecting with the other applications and on top of all these Prismatic customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

My business requirement is to keep the logs for more than 7 days, which is not supported by Prismatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic has made the integration faster and easier. I don't have to deploy the whole application for a small workflow or change. Application can be broken into small components and deployed on Prismatic to make it easy to manage, update and deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Dipika, thanks for your review. We're so happy to hear that Prismatic is making integration faster and easier! Regarding log retention, I know our success team is reaching out, but I do want to respond to that here as well: by default we store logs for 14 days. We also allow streaming logs to external logging services (like DataDog or New Relic), and you can keep them there as long as you need. I dropped a link below to our docs on external log streaming.

"Add an integrations marketplace in a couple of weeks"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Prior to prismatic all integrations were custom built and hard to maintain. Each was very custom and required us to support the entire architecture. We mostly just said no to any requests for integrations from customers/prospects.

Now we have several live standard integrations and a few customer specific as well as partners building out integrations with minimal guidance from our team. So we can say yes to almost all integrations.

Support has been super resoponsive as well, especially with quick fixes to public connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

The UI is a bit slow to load data at some points. However now they introduced code native integrations we can build all integrations and track changes in github and add to our CI/CD workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to say no to integrations, now we can support any. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product that has helped us launch quickly"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Prismatic is a very fleshed out product, and as we've started developing more integrations with it I'm constantly surprised at how it's able to handle niche functionality and edge cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

There are some integrations that aren't yet supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismatic has allowed us to get to market quickly, and launch integrations with other SaaS much faster than us building them ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It does connect the dots, quite litterally"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Prismatic?

Prismatic's developer documentation stands out for its clarity and ease of use, complemented by a tech support team that is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful, making it a standout experience in the B2B integration space.

We use Prismatic to handle all third-party integrations to ensure our internal systems remain client-agnostic. Especially for simpler integrations, Prismatic does an excellent job of allowing quick-custom integrations. We've had 3 major integrations completed within deadlines that previously took too much back-and-forth between business and development, saving at least 30% development time for those particular integrations.

We have also used Prismatic to solve temporary administrative problems, creating an integration quickly and cleaning it up after running it for several weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismatic?

With more complicated integrations, it is sometimes difficult to navigate them using the UI. Working via DTAP is sometimes somewhat difficult as one instance of Prismatic only allows test-level (designer) and production-level (instances). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've done Third-party integrations with:

\* REST-API-based systems

\* SalesForce

\* ClickUp

\* and several others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
