**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivashish S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Prisma Access?**

Prisma Access is easy to use and best thing is its interface. Prisma makes it possible for each remote user to connect securily. The level of flexibility and control given to administrator is very good. No doubt I can say Prisma is a great state of the art software which could be said far better than other tools in same range.

**What do you dislike about Prisma Access?**

Althogh Prisma is great tool as far as its features are concerned but there are some issues also. First one is Support issue. We have sometimes challenges in getting true 24/7 support. Secondly, frequent upgrades in every 3 months in my opinion is painful for administrators. Third issue is costing, although it can be managed, if costing should be optimised. There are no other as such serious issues. One can easily use it with average support.

**What problems is Prisma Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prisma Access is solving the problems of Safe and secure access to cloud servers, also it provides safe tunnel for remote users. Prisma Access is proved to be good in monitoring the traffic and log capturing. The support service we are getting now is average, otherwise it is full filling all the organistaional goals.

  ### 13. Close to good

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandro C. | Manager, IT Automation Engineering, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Prisma Access?**

Prisma Access comes from one of the best names in firewalls, PaloAlto. This offers fantastic firewall rule customization and the responsiveness to issues that you expect from PaloAlto. The customer success team is quick to respond and tries their hardest to find the correct resources. Implementation was quick and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Prisma Access?**

The features offered by PrismaAccess right now are limited. Standards that are on on prem VPNs/firewalls are missing from PrismaAccess. You are not able to use computer-based authentication, pass syslogs using API authentication, and disable VPN based on IP address (location). This has been a pain point for eight months and there is still no ETA on getting these features implemented. The knowledgebase articles on their website are all for on prem systems so they don't match up for PrismaAccess. Incorrect information has been given by support level 1, 2, and product managers.

**What problems is Prisma Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Prisma Access for cloud-based VPN to minimize delays and downtime.

  ### 14. It's easy and reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tetiana S. | UX UI Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Prisma Access?**

This application customises by an admin of a company. Every user no need of anything special for that.
You have to do only a few clicks on a button to have an access.

**What do you dislike about Prisma Access?**

Sometimes a user can have whatever interruption to link and need to get one more connect to the system. But, also, it depends on the internet connecting, not from the app.

**What problems is Prisma Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my user perspective, I use this application for a good quality VPN and a reliable connection with my company as I work remotely. It definitely increases efficiency of our business.

  ### 15. Personally my organisation is using this service from long and we believe its good

**Reviewed by:** Praphulla R. D. | Associate Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Prisma Access?**

With Prisma Access , we can leverage advantage of connecting remote users to organization network with maximum security and with less latency which can be managed by on premises or cloud managed Panorama device.
Palo alto with great technology gives us simplicity in managing those remote users.

**What do you dislike about Prisma Access?**

In order to configure everything require to invest in Panorama , so sometime customer budget goes high than expected .
Service connections are limited to 3 only which can be increase.

**Recommendations to others considering Prisma Access:**

Organization those who have Palo Alto as perimeter device , can consider Prisma Access for their Remote workers , instead of investing in other solutions Prisma Access gives you better option which can onboard very easily.

**What problems is Prisma Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So before Prisma Access , we require to have maximum bandwidth and device capability in order to handle SSL connection from Remote Users , which causing single point of failure and device administrator need to maintain network up and running .
Also while connecting to office resources , user needs to connect to Perimeter device and from there they can access respective resources. With in same country users can managed this , but what about users who are far long ? For those users Prisma is become as perfect solution.
