One of the reasons I dislike about WorkOtter is that it's not the best for task scheduling. Management processing is difficult to explain to managers. With the forecasting process, it will break down if it is not properly assigned to a real person. Only for a role, in this case, will your options that are being forecasted are going to be less than robust than they would be if it was an actual person. Whenever we switch to a new software program it can be a hassle for everyone to learn new program and navigate something new. There have been other programs in the past that we've used that have just been a struggle to get everyone on board and comfortable with the something new.
