While we are building out our company, we really appreciate the cost-efficiency of WorkOtter along with the amazing training and customer service provided. There were no surprise fees when accessing all the tools provided with WorkOtter. **What do you dislike about Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter)?** So far, so good! Great tools and excellent dashboards. The only issue that came up was something a team member couldn't get access to, but that was an internal process for us to correct. Otherwise, it's a great platform for the price! **Recommendations to others considering Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter):** The platform is great and the WorkOtter team is very helpful. Use them to guide you for tips and resources on setting up. **What problems is Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having some issues with how to manage everyone's tasks and the next steps needed.
