What do you like best about Informa TechTarget's Priority Engine?

I like that we can create specialized lists based on our targeted accounts that are saved for viewing and reporting week over week. The quality of lead generation accounts that are provided to us have been extrememly high resulting in qualified SQLs. It also integrates to our Hubspot which has been extremely helpful in importing contacts not only through a batch import but also through the automated CRM button. Customer support is usually very responsive and our account manager is knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring our questions are answered quickly. We use Priority Engine everyday. What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget's Priority Engine?

It would be nice to create and upload our own lists with the ability to change those lists without TechTarget support. I also wish it would provide different types of reports that we could export adhoc based on the type of data we are looking for, and example would be the accounts that are at a score of 100 listed out with primary contacts. What do you like best about Priority Engine?

TechTarget does an excellent job of providing detailed, high-quality content that's both technical and easy to digest. It's far better than a regular database, as it offers warm leads and personalized emails for my prospects. The platform is a great go-to for anyone looking for solid, well-researched insights into today’s fast-changing tech world. Regarding exports, prospect exports can be delivered on-demand or automatically each week as Excel spreadsheets via email or directly into MAP or CRM (which sounds like your current setup). I recommend reaching out to your Priority Engine Administrator or TechTarget Customer Success Representative for more information about exporting prospects in Excel spreadsheets.

What do you like best about Informa TechTarget's Priority Engine?

I like that Priority Engine provides a quick glance at everything a company is using in their tech stack, and for what purpose. It is very easy to use and implement, and I utilize it every day for prospecting purposes. It also allows us to see who key players are within an organization and what their current interests are, which is invaluable information when trying to reach out to the right people. Priority Engine is allowing us to figure out where to start the conversation and allows us to become relevant to the customer quicker. Through research on Priority Engine, we are able to get a quick view of what they are currently using and ask discovery questions around it, without explicitly saying "we know you use XYZ". I use it on a daily basis and its the best tool to find the intel of the global enterprises. It not only tells us their top interest areas but also helps us in identifying the right decision makers which helps a lot in prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It throws error and their customer support is really awful. It takes them 48 hours to reply back properly which leads to downtime. I believe they should definitely improve here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we are researching about the companies and the decision makers, It is a very cumbersome process. So, it is very important for us to know what their top areas of interest are and TechTarget Priority Engine helps in here. What do you like best about Informa TechTarget's Priority Engine?

Intuitive interface and rules engine for list building. The support team at TechTarget onboarded us quickly and without drama. The organization is exploring new B2B markets and opportunities. "Enterprise IT" is one of those targets. PE has the CONTACT-level data I need to do "top of the funnel" prospecting work as a business development executive. I like the lead recommendations and tech stack stuff the most. Helps narrow down who I'm reaching out to and gives insight on their current system. I work for RingCentral, so it helps to know who they're currently using for collaboration. I use it maybe 3 days a week and it's a simple interface that's easy to use. When attempting to log in, I encounter a persistent issue where I'm unable to access the system immediately and must refresh the page and re-log in each time. Additionally, when searching for an account, the system takes an unusually long time to load, causing delays and frustration. This repeated need to refresh and the slow loading times significantly impact productivity and create a less efficient user experience, making it challenging to complete tasks in a timely manner. I like seeing what type of content a prospect is viewing and customizing my messaging to what they're looking for. The AI writing tool is good for getting something on paper that you can work on, but I wouldn't suggest just using the emails as they are and sending them out. There's no way to mass export without having them do it from the backend via email, and there's no way to tag prospects you've already reached out to. I'd also appreciate the ability to tag people into groups when they have similar interests and build out a cadence of content based around that group of people without having to check each individual persona manually.
