The customer service and support is awesome, with a team of highly qualified professionals, amongst whom we've interacted with two different PhD doctors who helped us understand how to define cultural prioirities and frameworks. What do you dislike about Priority Bridge? Although it has a good set of reports, I would like it even more if there was an ability to create customized reports as well. The idea that Priority Bridge works on is that the cultural fit of an employee with an employer is the key reason for that employee to give his best to the organization, and indeed to stay with that organization. By taking very easy inputs from the user, it provides visibility into this aspect of the employer/employee relationship, and hence provides the employer with an analysis of which employee or job candidate is the best fits within that organizations culture, and likely to stay for the long term, and provide his/her best output. Priority Bridge is excellent; it helps you to select the candidates without any bias. Its measurement methods are revolutionary; it gets your selection and hiring processes out of the outdated methodologies, and accurately points out which candidate is the right fit for your organizational culture. It is also easy to integrate Priority Bridge to other systems. We train our team to use the tool and combine it with assessment center activities to make the selections bulletproof. We don't only use it internally we also highly recommend it to our existing clients and business partners.
