Setting up your account, uploading designs, and adding products to your store is straightforward, so you don’t need to be tech-savvy to get started. The integration with platforms like Shopify and Etsy is seamless, which makes managing your store a breeze. When it comes to customer support, I’ve had good experiences overall. They’re helpful when you reach out, though, like with any service, response times can vary a bit. I also really like the variety of products you can customize and sell. There’s something for everyone, whether it’s clothing, accessories, or home items. I use Printify fairly often for my store, and it’s been pretty smooth in terms of implementation. Adding new products or designs is quick, and I can easily manage everything from one place. The platform has a lot of features, but they don’t overwhelm you—it’s just the right balance. All in all, I think Printify offers a great combination of simplicity and flexibility, though there’s always room for improvement in areas like product consistency and support speed **What do you dislike about Printify?** While Printify is generally easy to use, there are a few things I think could be better. First, product quality can sometimes be inconsistent. Depending on the print provider, the quality of the final product can vary, and it’s not always clear until after an order is fulfilled. It would be nice to see more uniformity across the board. In terms of customer support, I’ve had some slower response times in the past. When you’re running a business, waiting for answers on important issues can be frustrating, and it feels like support could be more responsive at times. Also, while the ease of use and integration with platforms like Shopify and Etsy is great, there are occasional glitches when syncing new products or designs, and that can add extra steps to the process. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer than I’d expect for everything to update correctly. As for features, there are a lot of options, but not all of them are super intuitive. Sometimes it feels like certain tools could be more streamlined, and it would help to have a more cohesive dashboard to manage everything in one place. I use Printify regularly, but these issues can make things a bit more tedious than they need to be. If they could improve consistency in product quality and support response times, it would be a much smoother experience overall. **What problems is Printify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printify is solving a few key problems for me. First, it takes the hassle out of inventory management and fulfillment. I don’t have to worry about printing or shipping products myself. When someone places an order, Printify handles the production and delivery, which saves me a ton of time and effort. Another major issue it solves is the upfront cost of stocking inventory. Since it's a print-on-demand platform, I only pay for the products I sell. There's no need to buy in bulk or worry about unsold stock, which really lowers the financial risk. It also gives me the ability to offer a wide range of products without having to invest in different materials or equipment. I can easily add new items to my store, like t-shirts, mugs, or phone cases, without needing any special equipment or setup. Overall, Printify allows me to focus on the creative side of my business—designing and marketing—while they handle the production and logistics. One of a Kind Multi-Brand POD Platform **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Anna H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023 **What do you like best about Printify?** I use several print-on-demand companies, and Printify is absolutely the largest inter-connected network of print companies under one name. I see Prinitify as an entire shopping mall with one checkout. Individual POD brands, such as ArtsAdd and Printed Mint, are available to select, making almost any type of product available to print from somewhere. **What do you dislike about Printify?** Because of the nature of using individual printers, Printify has the least control over final product of any POD supplier also. They cannot make package inclusions such as business cards or thank yous, because they do not have a warehouse. They are also incredibly strict with returns, and tend to side with their vendors on printing issues. **What problems is Printify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The large variety of products make it possible to fit everyone in my company - from 6X down to baby bibs for new parents. Their huge selection of "fun" products make for great company giveaways. Their quality is good, and they have many products to choose from. **What do you dislike about Printify?** There is not much to dislike about Printify. Sometimes there are issues with the quality, but most of the time, the quality is good. **What problems is Printify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using them as a print partner with problem garments that can not be printed at our facility.
