"Clean, Professional Embroidery Quality for Hats"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The embroidery quality is what I liked most. I used it for hats, and the stitching looked clean on the sample. I was a little nervous because embroidery can look messy if the file is not set right but the final hat looked professional enough to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Setting up embroidery takes more attention than a regular print. You cannot just upload anything and expect it to look right. Simple designs work better, and I had to adjust one logo because the small details were not going to come out well. The price is also something to watch if you are trying to keep hats affordable. "Etsy Integration and Consistently Clean Embroidery Quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The Etsy integration is probably my favorite part because I really don’t want to manually handle orders every day. I mostly sell embroidered hoodies and crewnecks, and the embroidery quality has been pretty consistent for me so far. The stitching looks clean and not overly cheap-looking which honestly surprised me at first.

I also like that I can order single samples whenever I wanna test a new design idea. Makes things less stressful when you’re still figuring out what people actually buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Shipping got a little slow for me around the holidays. Nothing terrible, but definitely noticeable in December. Some products are also priced higher than I’d like, especially when you’re trying to keep decent margins on Etsy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Shopify Integration Makes Printful Ideal for Low-Risk Branded Apparel Testing"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

As a CEO working in a science-driven space, I don’t have time to manage inventory or deal with fulfillment logistics, so Printful was appealing right away. What stood out for me is how easy it is to connect with Shopify and start testing ideas quickly. We used it mainly for branded apparel tied to our sleep and wellness product, and the setup was straightforward enough that our small team handled it without outside help. The on-demand model makes it low risk, which is important when you’re experimenting with different messaging or designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Margins can get tight, especially if you’re not pricing at a premium. For a company like ours that’s not primarily focused on merch, it’s fine, but I can see it becoming a constraint if this were a core revenue stream. Shipping times are generally okay, but not always predictable across regions, which can affect customer expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Shopify Setup, White-Label Shipping, and Consistent Quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

Honestly the biggest win for us at Hightouch has been how Printful just works without babysitting. We’re not a merch company, but we do a fair amount of branded swag for events, investor kits, and team gifts. Printful plugs into our Shopify store in maybe ten minutes and I barely think about it after that. The white-label shipping is a big deal for me because when a founder or investor gets a hoodie, it shows up looking like it came from us, not some random fulfillment warehouse. Their product quality is consistent too – we’ve tested a bunch of their blanks and the heavy cotton hoodies and ceramic mugs hold up way better than the cheap stuff we used to grab locally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

I’ve had a few moments where I just gave up and uploaded a flattened PNG instead because their text editor was fighting me. Customer support is responsive but they lean heavily on templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Printful Delivers Consistent, High-Quality Prints with Effortless Shopify Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The most impressive part about using Printful is the consistent quality of the physical items. In my line of work, if I send a client a branded gift or a team member a piece of apparel, it has to feel high-quality, or it reflects poorly on my own business standards. I have used their embroidery and DTG printing for various internal projects, and the colors stay true even after multiple washes. The integration with Shopify was almost too easy; it literally took a few minutes to sync my products. I also appreciate that they handle the logistics of international shipping from their own facilities rather than outsourcing to random third parties, which keeps the tracking data accurate for my peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The pricing is definitely on the higher end compared to some other print-on-demand services out there. If you are looking for the absolute lowest margins, this might feel a bit steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low-Friction Printful Integration with Accurate Mockups and a Robust API"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

As someone who spends most of my day managing heavy data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, I really appreciate how low-friction Printful is. I don't have the time to manage a warehouse or deal with inventory for our company internal swag. The integration with our storefront was pretty much "set it and forget it." I specifically like the mockup generator because it’s accurate enough that I don't have to guess how a design will look on the final fabric. The API is surprisingly robust for a printing service, which made it easier to connect to our existing workflows than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The lead times can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes a shirt arrives in four days, and other times it takes nearly two weeks with very little communication as to why there’s a bottleneck. Also, the shipping costs can add up quickly if you are sending items to a global team, as the pricing varies significantly depending on which fulfillment center is handling the order. I wish there was a bit more transparency in the dashboard regarding which specific facility will be used before the order is finalized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-off merch fulfillment that actually syncs with our stack"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

As someone who spends most of my day managing data flows between HubSpot and Salesforce, I’m always wary of adding another tool that might break our automation. Printful is one of the few platforms that truly feels like "plug and play." The integration with our existing setup was seamless—I didn't need to beg our IT team for help or open a single ticket to get the API to play nice. The automated sync for order fulfillment is robust, and the mockup generator is surprisingly high-quality, which saves our creative team a ton of back-and-forth. It’s rare to find a vendor where the technical side is as reliable as the physical product quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The cost per unit is definitely on the higher side compared to local bulk printers, which can squeeze your margins if you’re doing high-volume campaigns. Also, while the automated sync is generally great, the mapping of product variants can sometimes get a little glitchy if you're pushing a lot of different SKUs at once from a platform like Shopify. "Printful’s API Integration Makes Multi-Region Fulfillment a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

Honestly, the biggest win for us at Fulcrum has been the API integration. We build pretty complex backend systems for our clients, and Printful’s API is one of the better ones I’ve worked with. It’s RESTful, well documented, and the webhooks actually fire when they’re supposed to. That matters when you’re automating order fulfillment for multiple stores. I also appreciate that they have production facilities on both sides of the Atlantic. We have a client shipping to Germany and another to Texas, and being able to split fulfillment regionally without us having to manage multiple logistics partners is a huge time saver. The white-label shipping has been solid too – packages arrive looking like they came from the client’s own warehouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Thing is their dashboard UI feels a bit slow when you’re managing hundreds of products. We end up using the API for almost everything anyway, but when I have to go in manually for something, I notice the lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-Off Printful Fulfillment with Smooth Shopify Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

We’ve been using Printful for about eight months now, mostly for branded company swag like t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs that we hand out at job sites and industry events. For a procurement person, the best part is how hands-off the actual fulfillment is. I don’t have to manage a warehouse full of extra large t-shirts that nobody wants. The integration with our Shopify backend was smooth enough that our marketing guy set it up without needing me to hold his hand, which is rare. I also appreciate that they have a facility in Barcelona. Since we have some suppliers in Europe, knowing there’s a hub over there makes me feel better about shipping times internationally, although that hasn’t always worked out perfectly. The white-label packaging is actually pretty good, too. It looks professional, and the recipients usually have no idea a third party printed the stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

My main gripe is the inconsistency in fulfillment speeds. When we are planning a project launch or a safety milestone celebration, I need those hats and jackets to arrive on a specific date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Printful Makes Company Swag Effortless with Great Quality and an Easy Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

I’ve been using Printful for about a year now to handle our internal company branding and some of the welcome gifts we send out to new hires at TalentBridge. What really stands out to me is how much it simplifies my life as a coordinator. I don't have to keep boxes of shirts or hoodies in my office taking up space. The quality of the embroidery on the hats and the print on the hoodies is actually quite good for a print-on-demand service. I also really appreciate the interface. It was very easy to set up and connect to our internal systems. Even when I’m moving fast between interviews and managing our ATS, I can hop into Printful and get an order out in just a few minutes without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The shipping times can be a bit inconsistent depending on which facility is fulfilling the order. Since we have candidates and team members spread across different regions, sometimes a package arrives in three days and other times it takes over a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
