Print-It 26 is management software for commercial printers, streamlining quoting, order management, production scheduling, purchasing, shipping, and invoicing into a unified system. It generates cost-based estimates using material, labor, and machine expenses, converting them into branded quotes. Costs roll up per job, with margin visibility during quoting and completion. Features include a production stage board, shop floor kiosk interface, daily planning tools, and barcode-enabled work orders. Customers can approve quotes via a branded portal that tracks proof revisions and approvals. Inventory and purchasing tools manage purchase orders, lot tracking, and material usage. Billing includes invoices with online payment links, accounts receivable aging, and QuickBooks Online integration. Role-based access controls protect sensitive data, while custom branding ensures consistency across documents like quotes, work orders, and invoices.
