This makes it super easy when you're sending out surveys on similar topics because you can just edit the few things you need to instead of starting from scratch. **What do you dislike about Primo Survey?** It doesn't look "great." The site itself could stand some updating. **What problems is Primo Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to send out surveys to customers in order to get some insights on what they want to see next, and what their favorite products are so that I can introduce more of them in different varieties. Primo Survey has been a great tool to have for doing this! ### 2. It has a lot of features which gain my interest towards this. Here we can do unlimited surveys, unlimited responses, unlimited questions. Even questions can be of various types like single, multiple, matrix single choice, free form response, etc. We can send a unique survey link by our own program. We can track survey responses and send reminder notices. Even we can see the date and time of each respondent. It has unlimited polls and even we can close it automatically at a certain date. Even in polls, we can add YouTube videos. We can change the poll's language. It also hides the PrimoSurvey.com link from the poll. **What do you dislike about Primo Survey?** I don't think there is any dislike in this software because I used many software for surveys and it has a lot of features which others don't have like IP address tracking, skip logic for questions, and all. **Recommendations to others considering Primo Survey:** I will recommend it to my colleagues and other acquaintances who need this kind of software. **What problems is Primo Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software solves the biggest issue I am facing, which is to see the IP address of each respondent taking the survey and prevent fraud. Adding videos from YouTube is the best thing I like the most.
