Primeweb KI-Chatbot is an AI chatbot for Swiss SMEs that learns from a company's own website and documents and answers visitor questions 24/7 in any language. It understands Swiss German and replies in Swiss Standard German. The bot asks follow-up questions and collects contact details; from the Medium plan, leads are emailed directly to the business. Knowledge changes such as new prices or opening hours are made in the customer portal and take effect within seconds. The portal includes conversation history, a lead list, statistics and Bot Insights (from Medium), which suggest what the bot can learn from real conversations. The chatbot is embedded with a single line of code and can be customized with 3D avatars, colors, greeting and starter questions. Data is stored in Zurich, AI processing runs exclusively in Swiss and EU data centers, conversations are not used for AI training, and the service complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG). Plans start at CHF 39 per month (excl. VAT) with no minimum term. A free test bot is built from your website URL in about 30 seconds, no credit card required.
