I really like the fact that Primetric provides me with a variety of features covering nearly all processes I participate in on a daily basis. Whether it is project management, logging time or generating reports, I can use the tool to quickly get what I really need (and sometimes I don’t even have to be there, as many processes are automated). I would like Primetric to introduce a double confirmation whenever I want to delete something in the system to avoid accidental mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Primetric: Primetric can successfully replace many tools at once thanks to all its features. For me, it was a platform that simply saved my time with intuitive and often automated processes, as well as user-friendly UX. What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Primetric for three main purposes: project management, logging time, and reports, and I’m happy with all of these features. Project management in the tool is really intuitive and easy, and it offers a wide range of useful tools. I particularly enjoyed the project calendar - it really helped me get a bigger picture of our operations right away. I was also pleasantly surprised with features for logging working time. I can set a percentage of time I’ve spent working on a given project and add these hours to the system with just one click. Then, I can convert the data on working time into detailed reports I can later use for accounting and HR purposes. I’m happy that I can do all of those things in one tool! Primetric offers a comprehensive approach to planning. Whether you’re looking for transparent allocations, efficient resource management or just simpler planning processes, you won’t be disappointed with this tool. The thing I like most about Primetric is all the time I’ve saved using it. I used to spend 4 hours every week just preparing for planning meetings with other leaders; now, I can simply access custom reports (or default reports for capacity, vacancies, finances, and more) and have everything I need to make better decisions. What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Generally speaking, I simplified all planning and management processes with Primetric. That includes resources, finance and project management. These were once very time-consuming processes I did manually; now, all the data is automatically imported and displayed in a form of user-friendly reports, so I can stay on top of things all the time without rummaging through spreadsheets. Additionally, I can see all the data on resources, allocations and work in general in real time, and I can react to all the changes. I also do not have to consult other leaders all the time, as their insights are also visible in the tool. The general quality of the software is really nice. I mostly use it for monitoring working hours and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was really easy in this tool. It is very intuitive and responsive, with a very well-designed UI, so I could easily click through the tool even the very first time I used it. If that was not enough, Primetric also offers detailed instructions for those who wish to take a closer look at its features. Still, I would be grateful if Primetric’s team introduced some non-mandatory charts for working and non-working hours; that would certainly make reporting even easier than it is now. I think I like Primetric the most because it is user-friendly. It is quite intuitive and I have never had problems doing anything with it. In Primetric, all the processes I used turned out to be really simple. I can report absences and holidays in the system and see if they were accepted by my supervisor; I can track my working hours, connect them with existing allocations and add my own comments to get the idea of what exactly I was doing on a given day. When tracking time, you can register your work "for tomorrow" and it will be visible in the "old" calendar, so it should also be part of the new one. Primetrick is easy to use and I like the flexibility of the tool. I can keep track of the time of my tasks. When I start, I choose to start, and when I finish, I choose to stop.
